PT’s Pastrami & More

Oh do I miss this place. I loved the all the sandwiches they offered. great price for a lot of food. And the potatoe salad was great also. I hope it re opens because I will be back weekly to get my mile high club sandwich. would highly recommend this place!

Wow, I was amazed at my first visit when I started my new job. I got the Reuben sandwich with tomato soup. I normally don’t like to be overwhelmed by tomatoes. However, this really made my day:) I came back again and my friend was also impressed as well. Now, it is closed after reading this on the website. Uggghhhh… Oh well, I guess I will have to find a new favorite sandwich place.

We will close the Oakdale site until we find a suitable option to continue serving our customers. Why would anyone eat at Subway across the parking lot when you have this delicous. Place to eat? I ordered A philly cheese steak from here and was impressed. I just wish this place served french fries or onion rings, that would compliment the sandwich great.

I just had breakfast with my brother Joel on Saturday. It was easily one of the best I have had and there was plenty of food! I was stuffed that I was able to skip lunch! Take your time to seek this place out and have breakfast. I’m looking forward to returning for lunch! Jon Wefel

I used PT’s for catering purpose this past week. Calling from out of town, it is sometimes difficult to trust the product that you are ordering from miles away. Think again, though. Tom was extremely helpful in executing our large order, even offering to pick up a greeting card to accompany the food. Everyone raved about the quality, which included the fruit tray, assorted sandwiches, and their delicious hot dogs. To ensure I was satisfied, Tom personally called me after the delivery, making note that it had arrived safe and sound at the requested destination. Thanks Tom, talk about Minnesota nice!

The New York Cut pastrami sandwich is fantastic. I could eat here every week if I had the chance– one of my top five places to eat on the East Side.

I’ve been here a couple of times now as this is the best place near work I’ve found to grab a quick sandwich (though competition in this area isn’t all that tough unless somehow you’re a big fan of Subway, Quizno’s or Jimmy John’s).
The flagship pastrami is pretty good and I really like the homemade potato salad that accompanies every sandwich. They also have a Cuban in their specials rotation that is fairly good. Only caveat is that you need to be prepared to shell out $ 8 to $ 10 for a sandwich — though that’s not unreasonable for decent quality food.
They have WiFi and breakfast available as well.
