Fitness Plus

Our family loves fitness plus. Brian and Corrine are very knowledgeable and friendly. They offer several classes for everyone’s training needs. My Son has been working with Brian for 5yrs now and has improved his athleticism tremendously. Brian also works with the Oakdale high wrestlers and does an amazing job training them. The fact that it’s a family owned gym makes it more like a family not just a business.

Fitness Plus has helped me tremendously. My blood pressure was critically high, overweight and generally out of shape. My physician explained to me I must get my BP under contrail and loss weight or suffer severe Heath issues. I joined fitness plus and Bryan (owner) put me on a Cardio and light weight lifting program. In 6 weeks my BP is in The normal range, I have lost weight, feel much better and my golf game has improved. Fitness plus is a family owned gym and I would recommend to the serious weight lifter or the person or just wants to stay in shape.

I love Fitness Plus. I don’t feel like it is an ordinary gym. When I was introduced to Fitness Plus by a friend I tried out a class and loved the class but did not want to join a gym. I finally decided to join cause I wanted to take the class. It was the best decision I made. The staff is so wonderful and helpful. They really do care about you. They want to see you succeed and are very encouraging. You are not just another body walking through the door. They are always available and willing to help with whatever your needs are and they never make me feel as though I’m bugging with all my questions. I know my life, body and health has and will continue to change for the better.
Fitness Plus offers a variety of classes which are all great. They are offered at different times of the day so there is always a class for you no matter what your schedule. There is something for everyone. There is a wide range of ages there at the gym. I never feel uncomfortable to work out there. It’s a very clean environment and equipment is always in working order. There are several machines and I never feel like I have to wait to use one. Bryan and Corinne, owners of Fitness Plus, treat you like family and are always welcoming and kind. I would definitly recommend it.
