I bought a $ 45 Groupon (supposedly $ 95 value, but not really) for a furnace service and ended up paying more for a year contract for AC and furnace check. He found lots wrong with AC and I ended up spending another $ 300 on top of the $ 45 already spent. When I called and asked about the $ 95 value, she couldn’t figure it out. Overall, the technician was very thorough but the customer service in the office was disappointing. After my contract is up, I will go elsewhere.
