Not a fan of this company. The driver was on his phone the whole time… asked us how to get where we were going! He had control of the radio and air conditioning… which was on full blast, even though the vent was closed, I could feel it blowing right in my face. We asked him to turn it down, apparently he didn’t want to cause I still felt the cold air and this was in the backseat. It was a tight fit for 4 people. On the way back, I sat in front to avoid the air. But a horrible air freshner dangling from the rearview mirror really irritated my throat. He might as well have been driving a cab… not a Lincoln MKC towncar.
