Just a heads up, this place caters to larger orders with minimums on copy services. Not for quick drop by copying of small jobs. The door is locked and they «buzz» you in which I found a bit odd for a print store. But the woman who greeted me was extremely kind and helpful in directing me to a location that better suited my needs. I would return if I had a bigger printing job that needed to be done.

I had a small order of wedding invitations that I needed for print asap. After comparing with numerous printing shops, Alpha Graphics had the best price. Corresponding with the sales team (Donna) and the designers was worry free as they were super fast in sending me a quote unlike other shops and the staff was very friendly and professional.
My work hours and the shops hours were conflicting and they gladly took my payment over the phone and had my package waiting for me in their mailbox. All in all, my order was done swiftly and problem free.
I will definitely go back there for my print jobs.

I’ve had two orders done here. The first one turned out well, and they were able to get it done quickly for me. It was a smallish order – 400 items. The second time I ordered, they were able to turn the job around quickly, and it looked nice. However, there were some billing problems that I discussed with them afterward, and confusion on how many finished pieces we actually wanted. They had charged us almost double for an identical order. The person I corresponded with sort of apologized for it, but didn’t refund any of the money. She said that the last time I came in, I was undercharged, and then she offered us a small discount on our next order instead. She probably thought that was fair, and you can make up your mind if you think so, too. But I don’t agree. For what we ordered, it was WAY overpriced. We won’t be using this business again.
