Awesome Tennessee Style BBQ. Nice Bark. Nice level of smoke. Lean pork. My wife and I had the pulled pork sandwich. It is our go to choice for trying new BBQ places and a good gauge for overall menu quality. Fats scored very high and out of about 20 or so BBQ places tried, they have been the best, for our taste, so far. I am sure there are several other gems out there but so far, this is our new go to BBQ place! Sides were good as well. We plan on getting pint size BBQ beans and slaw just to have with other meats we smoke or prepare at home. A+ BBQ !!!
