Integrity Physical Therapy

I have received p.t. services here from Gina for years to help me with multiple physical issues. Each time, all my goals were achieved and often exceeded. Gina is respectful, kind, compassionate, empathic, knowledgeable, intuitive, and highly skilled. She listens carefully, values patient feedback, and incorporates that information into her treatment. She is totally hands-​on and doesn’t just dole out exercises like many other p.t.‘s seem to do these days. She’s fully engaged with her patients, one-​on-​one, and does not share the therapy time with other patients (assembly line style like I’ve seen elsewhere). She also doesn’t use her time with you to enter computer data and reports (another style I’ve seen elsewhere). Gina is fully present and committed to her patients. Additionally, she has a relaxed, genuine manner and great sense of humor — qualities that surely enhance the healing process.
I recently went to a neighborhood p.t. facility in Chicago. After only 3 weeks there, not only were my original areas of concern more painful, but several other areas emerged as new problems as a result of this treatment! So, even though it is much farther to get to Integrity P.T. (I now reside in the South Loop) — I gladly trek out to OP several times a week for p.t. with Gina, where I know I’ll get the BEST care. Gina is working on alleviating my pain from my recent «p.t. misadventure» in my neighborhood. Next we can begin on my actual current goals! I’m very grateful to have Gina’s expertise in moving my recovery forward.

I just started attending this facility and I’ve been very pleased with the therapy I am receiving. My therapist (Gina) has a very comfortable, down to earth approach and the work we are doing is beginning to pay off.
The facility looks a bit neglected and dirty. It made me wonder about the work being done there, but I decided to give it a chance.
