Wow. Great service! We came out to MI to visit family and vacation up north. When we realized our brake lights were out my dad suggested Hanens. They had other customers already being helped. The owner asked the other customers if they would mind if they would let us go first as it was only a fifteen minute service. He immediately fixed our car and sent us on our way. Service this friendly is rare! Very reasonably priced as well.

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. I brought my car in for tires, they were able to quickly order what I wanted and install for much less than I expected. They also pointed out a few other issues I need to address. Ron & Jim were very friendly and helpful.

ent to Hansons based on the recommendation of a long time Ferndale resident. He told me I would be treated fairly and get my car repaired quickly. When I pulled in I spoke to Jim Hansen and he told me that his shop was not the best place to have my repair done. He then referred me to another shop that would be able to do the work at less cost. I cannot recommend Hansen’s any higher, I think they are great.

I cannot say enough nice things about Jim Hansen and the service I received at Hansen’s. I very rarely leave reviews but the kindness, honest business practices, and efficiency I experienced really compelled me to comment.
The workers were so friendly and Jim himself was so courteous on the phone and kind in person, it really was a refreshing experience. I will ALWAYS go here for my service. Great job guys!!!

The first time I went to Hansen’s I was just passing through town when my car broke down. I didn’t even live here, and they had no reason to think I’d ever give them any repeat business. But Jim Hansen and his team gave me speedy service at a fair price.
Now that I live in the area, I’ve never considered getting my car fixed anywhere else. I always feel like I’m treated fairly, and Jim never tries to sell me a repair I don’t need.
Over the years my wife and I have bought all our tires from Hansen’s, as well as all the usual maintenance and service issues like exhaust work, engine service, and even air conditioning.
