This location is mainly a bookstore with some clothing, household items, and children’s items. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The store is a small-ish«boutique» style store, and they have frequent sales. The stock also tends to be very picked over by a handful of local re-sellers, especially in the book department.

Great place for used books — very well-organized and clean. And they accept all donations, not just books, in back. Polite and helpful staff.

I have ben shopping in thrift stores for years and I live here locally… One of the pleasures I first noticed was the quality of their items that were donated… I have acquired numerous treasures… clothing, statues, records, books, dish ware etc… Until recently I noticed the inventory has changed and they no longer can sell the items donated by the locals which happen to be Westlake Village, Oak Park and surrounding areas. WHAT A DRAG! NOWALL we get are lower quality Target(price tags still attached) items. Management needs to realize that this store requires hire end items to attract business from the people who live here. The inventory also needs to reflect the standards of the community… My simple pleasures of shopping here have changed unfortunately for the worst. I still love the staff, Nicole, Joe and Marcus are spectacular human beings. To the powers that be… have some consideration for those of us that would gladly spend a pretty penny for interesting pieces and no just run of the mill inventory

NOTE: This Goodwill is 98% Books. I was thrifting in the Conejo Valley and sought out this Goodwill. It’s impossible to see from the street, no signage that I noticed. This GW is in a very small space(the smallest I have seen to date) in the middle of a shopping center. Look for the Fresh and Easy Market, the GW is a few doors down. The shop is clean and organized. A few knick knacks, almost nothing though. Kinda disappointing, but I give the store props for such a nice presentation.

I stumbled upon this cute little boutique style Goodwill store while taking my daughter to another store in the area. Quality: This is suppose to be a bookstore, but they have about 4 – 5 racks of clothing, which is small by Goodwill standards. However, the clothing was of high quality. I found a brand new Marc Jacobs shirt for $ 2.99. Talk about a steal. My son loves reading James Patterson books and found a whole collection of hardcovers. Facility: Very small. This is the smallest Goodwill I have visited. However, it was clean and well organized. Staff: You can tell they were new, but they were still professional and friendly. I can’t wait to go back. Alone. With no kids rushing me.(smile)
