Community Bank of Oak Park River Forest

We have been with CB for a few months for our business, and they are by far the best bank in the area. By far!
What others have written about this bank is true; there are always real people talking real business when you call or stop in; they don’t sell you garbage accounts or «money solutions» that drain your equity. They give you options and information when you need it, and recommend solid, conservative business development ideas to us when we need them. Definitely recommend them.

The best thing I did last year was close my Chase accounts and open accounts with my Community Bank. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. I have never had a single problem banking here.

A real community institution. I was a personal banking client at Chase (I suppose I still am), but the day to day service at this bank is far superior to anything I ever experienced at Chase JP Morgan. The smartest decision I ever made was walking out of JP Morgan one day when I just could not deal with the rudeness and incompetence, when I was trying to deposit a sizeable sum in my SEP. Community has now become my #1 bank. And they are consistently nice, whether you are in to take out money, exchange tattered dollars (Just TRY doing that at a JP Morgan Chase!) or depositing large sums. In addition to being a great place to bank — friendly tellers, easy to set up accounts — they constantly provide services to the community, as a sponsor.

I’m pretty sure this is the last remaining bank staffed by actual human beings in the entire world.
Any time I call, I talk to a real live person within a few seconds. They’re usually even pleasant and able to help me with what I need.
Great customer service, no stupid fees.
