Look, the food is just okay beyond the good salad bar. The reason for the one star, though, is that the place was filthy. And they sat us at a booth with crayons and food all over the floor. Nobody came to clean it up. I am not squeamish, but it was gross. I’m not talking crumbs here. Big chunks of food and crayons. We waited a bit, then walked out in disgust. I mean, who seats customers in a booth where there is crap all over the floor right in plain sight? What must the kitchen look like if they don’t notice garbage in the aisles? Don’t go here, folks. It is a bad restaurant that doesn’t give a rip.

I’ve been to Ruby’s in Stillwater many times with friends and family and none of us has ever had a bad meal or poor service. I love the ambiance because it’s quiet and comfortable and offers a relaxing experience. No music blasting so loud you can’t hear your conversation. The food has always been great and the same goes for the service. We’re going there tonight for our New Year’s Eve dinner, and I’m looking forward to it. I know the food and service will be great! I find it hard to believe we’re the only ones who ever had great food and great service here. Don’t let the other reviews discourage you. See for yourself.

I seriously believe there are restaurants that NEVER taste the food they are putting out for their customers. Ruby Tuesday’s fits my belief. We ate there last evening and it was so terrible. Tasteless and just plain lousy. Thought we would give them a try, since it had been over a year and they claim they have changed their menu. Left hungry. Never again!

We used to eat at Ruby Tuesdays whenever we saw one on our travels. It’s always been pricey, but we thought the food was good. Now… not so much. We live only a few miles from a Ruby Tuesdays, but eat there maybe once or twice a year. Earlier this year, I had the Seafood Trio. The meal was so tiny(& the lobster was rubbery). They serve something similar at Red Lobster(for a similar price), but with nearly twice as much food. Let my son convince us to go to Ruby Tuesdays tonight(he was dying to try their new pretzel burgers). The food was OK. My flat bread had garlic that tasted burnt & my son’s burger was just average. Is hard to spend $ 50+ for that type of meal.

Had a great bacon cheese burger and was able to entertain a client without being hassled! Also, the noise level was not to high. Will go again for sure!

Total bummer… buffalo chicken minis were the size of nuggets… not nice nuggets, but tiny underperforming nuggets. See pic. BUMMER!
