Ok, I walked in to print a PDF file in a 24×36 sheet of paper and the really big guy said he’d never seen that type of file and that he couldn’t print it. He wasn’t helpful at all or maybe he was just being racist. I got help from a lady and she wasn’t nice either, but she got the job done. I suggest you peoples be in a better mood or get a job where you don’t deal with customers. I was really polite and just setting and example, but your customer service sucks!

One word: Incompetent!!! I was in there for almost two hours to get copies of something that should have taken 10 mins. I really hope they read this. 1) Clean your printer heads! After three printers, we finally found a printer that printed without spots all over. 2) Stop trying to get rid of your customers by telling them they will have to come back the next day to get their copies just because its something that you don’t want to do. 3) Stop wasting your unemployed customers materials!!! Learn how to make copies on watermarked paper that your unemployed customer, pays over $ 12 a pack for. Here are simple instructions to follow: Hold the paper up to light. The watermark is visible when the light shines through the back of the paper. Locate the right side of the paper as determined by the direction of the watermark text or graphic. If the watermark is text, it should read from left to right; if it is an image, it should be right side up and facing you. Learn how to place the watermarked paper in the printer tray so it prints right side up. Place a mark on a sheet of paper, insert it into the printer with the marked side down and print a test sheet. Take note of where the information prints on the paper in relation to the mark you made. Insert the watermarked paper into the tray using the result from the previous step as a guide. Make any edits necessary to the document you wish to print, then click the print button. Source: Read more: How to Print on Watermarked Paper |
4) Don’t allow the customer to leave without giving them their USB(that they asked for alone with whatever paper they had left in which you didn’t waste) and then call their home(which you know they are not there because they just left your store), instead of the cell phone that was listed right next to the home phone you just retrieved off of the 70 failed copies(no joke, it was really over 70 copies) you just wasted. Luckily, I had not made it far because I had to stop by a store close by and the hubby was home, and had sense enough to call my cell unlike the store, who failed to return my USB upon me leaving the store. I asked for my paper and USB before I left, he bag up my items and failed to place my USB in the bag along with it, in fact it was still in the computer behind the counter with him. At one point I wanted to go behind the counter and do it myself… And the other lady had the nerve to say… Employers don’t look at how the paper is faced on the watermarked paper… Blank stare… Uhhhh, why are you here lady because you don’t know the first thing about printing professionally… As I stated above there is a right and wrong way… And anyway… WHOGIVE A RATSASSWHATYOUTHINK, the employers will think… It’s my money, and you’re a service provider, so do your job… That is all…
