Been going to Otto for 10 years. He is a straight shooter and has always been helpful and is great to repeat customers like me. I trust him and highly recommend his shop!

I haven’t owned a bike since I was a kid and I decided that I really wanted to start riding again. Deciding that some form of a hybrid bike would best suit my needs, I went into Otto’s to check out what he had and ask some questions. I was very nervous because the last time I was in a bike shop the guy in there was very snotty and mean. I have heard similar things about different bike places, so I wasn’t sure if all bike shops were like that. Nope! Otto was extremely nice and didn’t make a biking newbie like myself feel stupid for not knowing too much about bikes. He gave me a lot of information and suggested things based on my needs. I test rode a couple of bikes, but wanting to shop around I didn’t decide on anything. Otto didn’t pressure me into buying anything. He doesn’t really have bikes in stock(other than a few to test-ride), which is unfortunate, but he orders them. He also told me that while I was looking at the Specialized site if there are any questions I have about certain bikes I can go ahead and call him and he can look through the website for me. How kind! I didn’t buy a bike from Otto because I found a good deal somewhere else, but I would definitely support this place in the future.

Otto’s… What else can one say? Lots of people have been through the doors and some say good things and some say bad things. In my limited dealings with Otto I have found him to be be very honest, blunt and forthcoming with me. I appreciate that more then giving me an extra ten bucks off or whatever else. I purchased my first«real» bike here. It was kind of on a whim for me, but he gave me a really good deal since he was trying to get rid of past models and plus I paid cash. Otto has a decent selection or accessories. If you ask him a question about anything he will answer it for you and even talk more about it. I appreciate the man’s honesty. People must realize that local bike shops are not Wal-Marts or the like. They are typically small shops where the owner has a passion and knows what he is talking about. it is important to support them. Chain stores put out inferior products that break easily. Do yourself a favor… go out an get an actual bike. you will never turn back.
