Wow, how did I never visit this gem of a place right in the heart of downtown Oak Lawn! This place is super clean and the colours are a great mood lifter. My daughter absolutely loved it here especially the seating area for little tots. Though it is a little hard to reach your arm all the way to the first row of the toppings bar, the workers are more than happy to assist you. The flavors are out of this world bursting with flavour. My personal favorite was the vanilla and watermelon. My daughter and hubs also enjoyed the flavours as well which still to this day I have no clue what they got as I was too busy inhaling all the goodness in my cup! One star taken off only out of me being a Glutton, wishing there were more flavours to choose from… oh how I love sin!

Took my son in after school on his first day, this place is is now one of my faves especially with kids. I had the Tropical flavor and topped it with mango and kiwi and it was delightful, my kids had the cake flavor topped with a variety of candy gummies. They had a great balance of taste, not too sweet and I was glad to find that the fruit was well cut & fresh. The place is very clean, as were the restrooms, great place to eat-in or take-out dessert, tempted to try the mango smoothie next time. Great place for a treat!

Definitely a great add on to the area. They do not have a frozen yogurt close to me so when I see this place, I always stop in. It is very clean and friendly environment. They have an array of flavors including my favorite(California tart) and a rainbow of toppings. The price is pretty average, not too expensive or cheap. Overall a great place to go if you’re in the area.

A yummy snack for my daughter and I. We both had a combination of cotton candy and tropical fruit sherbet. My toppings were mango, kiwi and strawberry. My daughter loaded up on the strawberry flavor bubbles. The initial taste of the cotton candy was delicious BUT after a while, you’ll get very tired of the flavor. Unlike cotton candy, I can eat tropical fruit sherbet, along with my fruit toppings, every day of the week. Overall, good experience. Nice to have a Froyo shop in the area.

My favorite froyo in the south suburbs! They have many choices which are all pretty good but my favorite is California tart! If they make the original perfect you know the place is good. Also it is very clean especially the toppings area :)

Yay 4 Yogurt! I’m not from around here & being new to the area, I’ve found that frozen custard seems to be the big thing here. Unfortunately, I’m just not into it ;) I’m a sucker for all of those self-serve fro-yo chains you see popping up. So I was super excited to hear that a new frozen yogurt place was coming here! Customer Service– The employees were both friendly & helpful. I asked for a sample & was given a few sample cups to choose which flavors I’d like to try. I prefer this to other places, where u have to ask for each sample individually. Atmosphere– Definitely lacking. I agree with the other reviews that this place seems a little dark & dingy. However, I feel that the yogurt more than makes up for this. Product– They offer a wide variety of flavors that they change on a regular basis. From fruity to cake based, they’ve got something for everyone! Truth is… The more I come here, the more I like it. It hands down beats the TCBY that’s just down the street!

First review on Unilocal.I usually review animé I watched but I never did food before. But thanks to my gf she persuaded me to do one and so I followed her advice to do so… And so first off to tell you how I came across Muchi Muchi . It started on a hot day when me and my GF were coming from the mall and we went past the place. My GF noticed it but I didn’t see it, soon after she looked it up and showed me the web site. My monotone butt looked at it and I was intrigued by the amount of flavors they had here, it was then when I thought. «Holy Sh! t, I want to try this damn place out!» especially when I saw the«Green Tea» flavor! But I didn’t know how they price their yogurt, since I’m kind of a tightwad. lol A week or two later we took the bus up there which was about an hour and a half long ride so at this point I was thinking. «This better be worth the ride» As we entered the place we were greeted by the cool air pink wallpaper and what seems to be an open space with a hall there, only 2 people there. When you first walk in you see the toppings to your right and as you walk down the wall, you see about 18 levers with 12 flavors there. me and my girl were like kids at a candy store. When I walked up to the flavors they had a lever which can give you the option to mix your flavors. After that I was like«They are reading my friggin mind!!!» I gotten the Cookies n’ Cream mixed with Birthday Cake flavor and she had the Pina Colada mixed with Cheesecake… She topped it off with some of those jelly bubbles and some fruit making it look nice and elegant. While I just put crap on there like sprinkles, Oreo cookies, kiwi and Butterfinger which she said that I made it look like a garbage pile. I knew how to pay since they actually weigh it by ounces, and it was inexpensive so I can’t complain. After tasting it, it was the best garbage pile ever! She loved hers as well and savored every bite while I was eating it quickly and getting some brain freeze… We left the place very happy and it was worth the long ride up there… A week later we drove up there and we were used to the place. We were hoping that they had the Green Tea flavor but alas… They didn’t yet :(anyway, I decided to go all out this time and used about 5, 6 or 7 flavors to make it up… Apparently they rotate flavors AND toppings. I don’t agree with the topping rotation, but the flavor ones I understand… I enjoyed the experience and the customer service wasn’t bad either so the place gets 4 out of 5 stars…

I first saw this spot coming from a local mall. I was super excited because I heard about a yogurt place just like this, but in a different name. I visited two weeks later with my boyfriend who was equally excited after reading the menu! My god is this place cool. Now it may be ‘just a yogurt place’ to some, but when you have seen the other spots and how bland they are, you would be just as excited as others. This spot only have about 10 flavors in which you can mix them! You can be as creative as you’d like! This place offers flavors that taste EXCATLY like the names they are given. I tried half and half of cheese cake and piña colada with passion fruit boba, mixed jelly(which taste like a slight flavor of fruit punch), kiwi, strawberry and mochi(flavorless marshmallow). They also offer caramel, chocolate and strawberry syrup too. Muchi muchi is a place to bring friends after soccer games, treats for kids and/or a quick date with a loved one! SIDENOTE: I asked the server when will they get green tea flavor and she mentioned«every two-three weeks, we get new flavors!» Which is the time frame one would follow to try all the flavors!

This place is super! They have a variety of yogurt flavors & the toppings are yummy! My first experience with a yogurt spot was with Red Mango(which is also good) but Muchi Muchi has won the competition. Here’s why: 1. They have more options with serving cup sizes 2. They have more fun flavors(birthday cake, cookies-and-cream, Mango sorbet etc) 3. Their toppings were fresher & didn’t look as if they had been sitting out all day(I went around the 8:00 hour & things still looked fresh & well stocked) 4. The yogurts that weren’t supposed to taste«tart» didn’t have that lingering tart taste. 5. They change the flavors approximately every 3 weeks!(gives you a new adventure every time) I had a great experience & glad I found this spot!

I’m becoming a little obsessed with this place. It’s always crowded but the line moves really fast. They have about 12 flavors at any given time(I think). They rotate the flavors. I just don’t know how. I’d like to find out when certain flavors will be available. They have every topping you could imagine. My only gripe about the toppings are the back row. You literally couldn’t reach them if you tried. A staff member always jumps over to help people get the back row. It makes no sense to me. Luckily I never pick anything from that row. This is quickly becoming my favorite dessert spot close to home.

Exactly what we needed in Oak Lawn. I would eat froyo any day over ice cream. You know that feeling you get after eating a sundae? That’s what I’m talking about. I always went to Cupid’s Ice Cream Shoppe because they have fresh fruit. I hate jam and syrup! Now that Muchi Michi is here, I think Cupid’s just lost a super super loyal customer. Sorry! This is my new hang out spot. My favorite flavor is the tart and blueberry but more tart, haha. It definitely hits the spot like the Korean yogurt, which red mango and YogenFruz seems to fail at. Ill be back… A lot. I recommended it to all of my Asian friends who travel far for good quality tart yogurt.
