Mobile 1 A T-Mobile Exclusive Dealer

This tmobile gave me and my family the worst experience i ever had in my entire life! 1^st they do a credit check and denied my mom who has OUTSTANDING credit then ran mine which was approved. We were looking for a family plan with all new smartphones which would cost a couple thousand and the rude associate said he needed a manager for a transaction that big. THE MANAGER WAS NOT EVEN THERE! We had to wait for the manager for 20 minutes and then we were ready to purchase the phones and he said he refused to serve us because his associates did not feel comfortable with the transaction. I have no idea why he would have passed up a two year family plan contract and fully paid brand new phones resulting in a company loss of thousands of dollars! I felt so discriminated against it was unreal. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS OR ANY OTHER TMOBILE TO ANY PERSON IN MY LIFE EVER!
