Worst customer service ever! My father ordered a mattress on July 23. It is sept 17 and is still waiting for his futon! We have called and emailed with absolutely no help other than it is college season. It’s on back order. What college kid orders a $ 650 memory foam futon? He can wait 4 – 6 weeks on a refund or get a store credit to wait on another futon since they don’t carry them in there stores. Planned on ordering a new bed from them. Not now!
