This was our first time getting our toddlers’ hair cut by someone else besides Lauren — please don’t have anyone else cuts your little ones’ hair — you will be greatly disappointed. We recently had our little guys hair cut by «Angel» — lets just say it looks terrible. When I made a comment about how its starting to look, she replied, «I am just cutting». I wish I would have the other review regarding Angel before heading in there.
Sorry Lauren — but you have someone working for you that just doesn’t care — even when we first walked in, she had an attitude like we were bothering her.

Great location with reasonable prices. I’ve had my haircut by pretty much all the girls but my last hair cut was with Angel. The shampoo was ok but she was kinda rough I had to tell her not so hard. Then when it came to the hair cut she did everything I told her NOT to do. She seemed a little off, her eyes would pop out of her face like something was wrong. She kept ranting about how she needs money and how they don’t pay her enough for all the work she puts in. Also when it came time to style my hair she kept stopping so she can «text» I guess she was going through some life crisis and her «attorney» kept contacting her. Angel seemed like she had a lot of life issues going on kinda made me feel uncomfortable the entire time. Never going back! Well at least I will never go back with Angel

Shout out to Angel ! She did a fantastic job on my hair and is wonderful at customer service. I walked in and explained my struggle with Sports Clips in Oak Lawn, IL and she not only made me feel welcome, but did and awesome «fade!» Thank you again Angel ! I would defiantly recommend Honey Cuts and Angel.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place deserves it. I have been getting my hair cut here for almost 2 years now. I have had several ladies cut my hair and they all did an amazing job!!! The girl I see the most is Lauren, and the barber shop has a really cool design and feel to it. I also love them because they support the St. Baldricks Foundation to help end childhood cancer. The Oak Lawn location is amazing and so easy to get to! Will be a client for life, and thanks for the great haircuts!

Out of all the stylists I“ve gone to, I’d have to say Oak Lawn’s Honeycuts is the best of its kind. Owner Lauren and staff are ALWAYS friendly, and if you have young kids they will love sitting on the tractor. Shop is conveniently located in the center of town, and hours are convenient. Prices are good, and they will make you look good. «Guaranteed to get the job if you stop there first» :) Forget the barbershop of old, do yourself a favor and get a Honeycut.

I stopped in today as I have been driving passed for a while now and decided to give it a try. The lady for nice and professional. Cut my hair as I asked. Little pricey but she did give me the half off price for a new customer. I would go there again.

I was just driving down 95th looking for a barber and pulled into this place. My experience was great! The waiting area has large comfy couches. The girl did a fantastic job on the low fade and gave me exactly what I wanted.
The cut comes with a free shampoo, hot towel, and neck massage if u want it. Cost is $ 20 regular price. I got a 50% military discount on Wednesday. If I actually lived in the area I would return here again and again.

I have had my haircut a few times at honeycuts, and its the best hair salon around! Great people with a professional environment. The salon has TVs with sports on so while your getting your haircut you can sit back and relax. Lauren the owner who cut my hair does an amazing job, Then after you get your haircut you get a scalp massage and let me tell you I can fall asleep cause its relaxing! I will always be a returning customer! Great place, great people, and couldn’t ask for a better place to get my haircut!!!

HoneyCuts is a newer franchise. They seem to be competing against SportsClips for the male customer. They have multiple flat screen televisions which show sports while attractive girls give haircuts.
On my visit, I was fortunate to have Lauren, the owner of this franchise, cut my hair. She is young, attractive, and friendly. After the intial cut, I received a shampoo followed by a scalp massage. The cut was fine. The massage was terrific.
As far as the décor is concerned, the business is decorated with saws and tools. The walls are studded out as if you are at a worksite. I’d rather have finished walls with sports on television. You can keep the construction look.
In closing, I will return in the future. Despite the somewhat silly décor, I did enjoy the cut and massage. I hope the business does well.
