They did a great job on my nails later the pink and white coat for my French tip. It can out to be $ 35 for the job. They do add $ 1 for credit card. But it was worth it.
I have a habit of biting my nails so this process actually makes your nails look a lot longer. The lady suggested this process to be done in my case. I haven’t had it done anywhere else like this where they actually put the a pink darker color on first and then cut away the excess then add white. Usually when I go to places the acrylic is already white and they add the clear coat.
The lady who did mine I forgot her name but she was pregnant and almost due. So if you go in anytime soon request her I think she’s the only one that place who is. She was really nice and did a great job see for yourself. And she was very mindful of not hurting me. I will be going back I am happy with the service I received.
I do know eyebrow waxing is $ 8 in case any of you need to know.
Other places I have gone and left with cuts and scrapes which are not great and I never ended up going back to.
If you’re a highschooler and getting your nails done they do give a 10% discount. As long as you have your school ID with you.

Great service. My sister and I went in to get a full set and had an amazing experience. 10% off for it being our first time there, and it sure won’t be our last.

Stopped by for a mani/​pedi this wknd, and I walked out loving my nails so much! Perfect glam for the wknd’s festivities!

Worst place ever! They ask you to pick a spa package and then don’t do what’s included in the package. They don’t even include a free design when you upgrade the pedicure. Then when you ask why the things weren’t done that say are included in the spa package they argue with you and tell you it’s illegal and the reasons why they don’t do it! Well then don’t put it in your book.

Royal Nails/​Spa has a new owner who is absolutely wonderful. Wahoo! The previous owner was pushy and made me not want to go there. The new owner, Kevin, opened up 2 months ago after getting new equipment. He did my nails exactly how I asked him. I came back the next day with my sis and we had relaxing pedicures. Just a tip: Go in the morning after dropping the kids off at school. You will likely get in right away and it’s very tranquil.

I got a mani pedi here today, and it was my first time here. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back!

This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to, I waited two hours and the nail tech lady let someone else go in front f me after she told me I was next after my friend… then asked me if I understand… no your services are terrible and need to manage your salon better.

They cut my cuticles off and they never grew back after this. And I remember this set of nails wouldn’t come off, which is usually a good thing but this time it was not, even about 2 months after when half my nail was grown out. I tried everything to get them off, it was so painful and not ok. I had a bad pedicure experience there once also. This is a beautiful relaxing salon with good prices and very nice people, they just aren’t always the best at what they do. It’s disappointing.

BEWARE!!! Only giving a star because I have to!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE! I moved to the HD from the SoBay a little over a year ago. I’ve been getting my nails done by the same person for over 7 years now but due to distance I was trying to find someone closer to me. After reading Unilocal reviews I decided to give this place a try about a year ago. John did my my acrylic nails and although he messed up on the color that I picked (strike 1) he did a decent job so I came back a few weeks later for a fill & acrylic color change. Well this time he messed up on filing my nails to the point that he had to take the whole set off and due to timing I opted to just get gel color on my natural nail with no acrylic. Well John could not for the life of him paint my nails correctly so they looked all jacked up & to make matters worse within a couple of days the gel color started to peel off (strike 2). After 2 failed attempts I decided I would make the 90+ mile commute to Torrance to continue getting my nails done by the person who’s been doing them perfectly for over 7 years. A bit of a pain but worth the time & money to know that I was getting my nails done correctly!!! Well after a year or so passed my fiancé & I decided to come back, just for pedicures, after doing a mud run the day before. Well John recognized me and said «please come back so I can do your nails, I promise I’ll make you happy this time!» He knew I was dissatisfied with my previous visits & I never really said anything on those visits, he must’ve read the look on my face or just known since I hadn’t been back in over a year but was clearly still getting my nails done elsewhere? Well today was the day, John’s chance at redemption. HE FAILED!!! I came in for a fresh set of acrylics and he left with my nails looking jacked up once again (strike 3). One thumb is thicker in width than the other and the acrylic color is not even on the nails. He filed my nails crooked and left me with dried acrylic all over my fingers. When I tried pointing it out to him he said «ok, ok, I fix for you» but he clearly failed to see the issue as he only worked on 1 nail and the problem was not fixed. To add to this bad experience, the person who did my pedicure did not know how to paint or file nails correctly. She had to repaint my nails several times & I even had to file my own toenail to straighten it after she did a botched job. Now I could understand if this place was charging $ 20, you know the saying «you get what you pay for?» but that’s not the case, they charged me $ 150 for 2 pedicures & 1 full set!!! I did not get what I paid for. Now I have to go somewhere else to have this set removed & redone correctly because John is clueless when it comes to doing nails. I’m extremely frustrated & dissatisfied. I honestly wanted to walk out of there without paying but that’s just not the type of person I am! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! I hope this review will help other Unilocalers steer clear of this place. An establishment like this does not deserve anyone’s hard earned money. I’d rather continue to make a 90+ mile commute to get my nails done than to ever waste time or money on this place!

This used to be my favorite place mainly for convenience but based on my last experience I will not be returning. The woman that did my manicure and pedicure cut my toe which bled for about an hour. I asked for the stone massage and was left with bruises on my shins. Also, my polish bubbled and chipped the very next day. Because I was going to a dinner that weekend, after paying $ 70, I had to redo my nails and still had a scab and bruises… not pretty at all! I also find it quite annoying that they are always trying to get you to spend more money by offering additional services.

Every time I’ve gone here I’m always greeted with a warm smile from everyone the. John and Tiffany are very friendly and have been over backwards to make me happy on each visit. Today I had a fill and then had a gel finish. They did a hand painted design on my nails and I must say I was very, very pleased with the outcome. Now that I know they can do this with and elegant flair I will be returning more often.

$ 20 extra for gel polish?!? Really??? That’s way too much. Getting way too over priced and workers are not friendly and always trying to get you something you don’t want. Going to have to try to find a salon that actually gives customer service.

Stopped in to check out this nail salon. It is very clean and very well kept. They offer you a drink when you sit down. They have a handful of different pedicures they do here. I got the cucumber one and I loved it. The acrylics done here arent so great. They arent filed down properly so it leaves areas by your cuticles higher than they should be. I couldve done a better job painting them as well. Id recommend this place for their pedicures only.

Overpriced & everytime Ive come here I regret it

They’ve been doing a great job on my nails since I started going to them last month. I don’t find their prices to be unreasonable at all, they’re comparable to any other good nail salon in the HD. They take the time to do the job correctly and I appreciate that.

This place is a joke. Very poor service and the lady that did my nails could barely understand what I was saying the whole time. My pedicure was also very poorly done.

Found this nail salon via Unilocal – there aren’t a lot of good places here in the desert. In any case they are open on Sundays which is a huge plus. I arrived before they opened and was seated promptly. The salon is super clean and very pretty. They have lots of spa chairs. I selected my color and again was seated promptly. The technicians are very attentive and ensure all of your needs are met. I was offered a beverage and magazine. The atmosphere was light and perfect for a salon (good music playing too) They offer a wide variety of pedicure choices. I was so happy to see they offered hot stone massage! I chose their Milk & Honey pedi. This included the hot stone massage and callous removal. It was so relaxing! They didn’t skimp on the massage time either. They did a great job on my toes and I feel so relaxed after the massage. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

Found this place driving around getting to know my new neighborhood and looked up the reviews on Unilocal.Glad I did! I went to this place with my mother-​in-​law and was seated within 5 min. They did a wonderful job and provided great service. This is my new nail place.
