Mr. Lounsbury is fantastic. He has fixed our dishwasher, fridge, and stove in the past year. He is reliable, professional, and his prices are very reasonable. He is an excellent appliance mechanic. He knew what was wrong within 30seconds of looking at our appliances. We’ve also bought a freezer from the store and have had no issues. This is a local family run business and it is well worth calling them for any repairs or purchases you may need.

If only every service provider on the mountaintop were this friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We have purchased a washer, dryer, fridge and stove from them. When I went to the store, Bruce’s wife was very helpful, recommending the best, lower priced option (because the more features an appliance has, the more crap that can go wrong with it). Then Bruce delivers it, installs it… and comes to service it when I call. None of the appliances we’ve purchased from them have needed service until now, and it’s only the washer. But I know that it will be done… and right.

I have dealt with Lounsbury for about ten years. I bought a cooktop, a washer, a freezer, he has serviced all my appliances and I have always been impressed with his courteous, timely service. I think he is a very honest and ethical businessman. His advice can be counted on.

I bought a dryer here once and a year later I needed a new washer so I called them up. The guy who owns the place said he remembered my stairs and didn’t want to take a washer down to my basement. I told him we actually had put in a new railing which made the stairs much wider, but he still declined to make the sale. So, I called Lowe’s, bought a washer, and it was delivered the next day with no drama. This guy can go fuck himself.
