Backyard Oasis

Keith with the Backyard Oasis is a real pro. He showed up on time, with a knowledgeable crew and the proper equipment to remove our old spa quickly and safely. he then returned to install our new spa. We couldn’t be more pleased with his high level of service and professionalism.

I bought a refurbished hot tub from backyard oasis in the summer of 2015. We selected a spa shell and negotiated the price for a fully refurbished tub. 4 weeks later it was delivered. Other than being filthy, it looked good. Once hooked up the problems started. First, it was missing the head rests and ozone generator which come from the factory with the spa. Upon calling Backyard Oasis said they were not included in a refurbished hot tub! $ 280 later I had headrests and a ozone generator. Once I began using it the GFCI breaker began tripping every time it was used. Apparently they did not caulk the control panel to the tub shell so water was shorting out the controller. After I fixed that, I noticed that the pump compartment was leaking water. A few days later the entire 400 gallon tub was empty. One of the plastic pump fittings was broken and leaking. I again called backyard oasis to come and fix the broken part and they said they would when they are available. I called 3 or 4 more times over the next 6 weeks to get them to come and fix the problem under their 90 day warranty. They never showed up and always had an excuse («it rained yesterday» was one of them!). After having a worthless and non-​functional hot-​tub in my yard for 3 months I finally called another hot tub company to come fix the problem. It took them 15 minutes to replace the $ 0.50 fitting that was obviously 10+ years old and brittle. It should have been replaced when the tub was «refurbished». Another $ 200 (now $ 480 total) later my tub works great!
Fine tub but horrible service and they do not honor their warranty! Buy somewhere else!

From the first point of contact to the final hook up and slide into a hot spa I have been nothing but impressed with Backyard Oasis. I was given very thorough information which helped me to pick out the best spa for my family. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a refurbished spa but they explained the process well and I became 100% sure this was the right choice. I could never afford the quality and size of a new spa I wanted but these guys made it possible for us to get our family of 6 into a Dimension One Nautilus 7 seat spa. We love it! My teenagers love it and we are spending lots of time sitting and relaxing in the spa instead of watching them stare at their electronic devices. I highly recommend this company.

I had a very good experience at Backyard Oasis. My wife and I purchased a refurbished hot tub, which I was honestly a bit nervous about. However, they were very open about the process and what we could expect. They tested the components and found everything to be in working order except the old wooden cedar skirt, which they replaced with a brand new one. Aesthetically, I couldn’t ask for a nicer looking tub. Hopefully the components have some life left in them, but everything has worked perfectly for the 3 weeks we’ve had it.
They were easy to deal with, great communicators (almost instant response to emails at all hours of the day), smart negotiators, and even offered a delivery service. Installation was easy, and while we’re still waiting on a filter top, I have every confidence Keith will drop it off next time he’s by our house.
Try them out. You’ll be surprised how affordable a hot tub can actually be.

Keith was quick and courteous when he came to remove my hot tub. They bring the necessary tools and equipment to do the job correctly and completely.

We bought a used spa from Backyard Oasis. The price was right, and the service was even better. Keith and his sons were super helpful when installing the spa — suggesting better ways to make the spa level and taking plenty of time to show me how to operate it. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a hot tub.

Profession, on time and know exactly what their doing. To remove our hot tub was nearly an impossible thing to do. Not to mention dangerous. But Keith and his sons did what I thought couldn’t be done. Trust backyard Oasis to do a job efficiently and with the most minimal damage possible.
