I’ve been going to this clinic since I moved to Whidbey Island in 2006 and I’ve never had a major complaint about the place. Personally, I’ve never been made to wait for an exorbitant amount of time, or been treated poorly by staff. WGH has made huge strides in their patient care over the last couple years, but I never had a service complaint before that (I know some people who did, however).
The phlebotomists I’ve worked with have always been great, the nurses are considerate and kind, and while I miss my old provider (who moved off Island last year) Tom York has been a great replacement. I will continue to go here for my routine medical stuff until I move too far away.
