Services here is wonderful! The tech was very gentle and listen to my requests. Exfoliated my hands while massaging, filed my nails one way instead of sawing, removed the cuticles with ease, massage my hand again while applying hand cream, painted my nails perfectly and lastly adding the designs with great detail! Just amazing! My nails looked absolutely stunning!

Worst customer service ever. I was a walk-​in and expected to wait. I did not expect to wait an hour and a half! When someone finally came to my station, he clipped my nails, added the tips and left. I was then moved to another station and another nail tech. This tech split his time between me and two other women. Noone said anything to me except to ask what shape I wanted my nails. The manicure was mediocre at best. Did not clip cuticles, no oil, no lotion, no massage, no nothing. Just a full set of acrylics, which I guess is what I wanted. I won’t be going back.

Only reason for 1 star is the staff having my feet sit in cold water for over 30 minutes. Tried to explain to them they should let the customer know prior to just having them sit in cold water they didn’t seem to care. It’s a shame since they do a great pedicure once they get to you.

OMG… total bust! After making an appt at this place we waited for a good 15 minutes. My friend had the RUDEST little boy working on her nails. He was texting and wanted to take a picture of her nails as well. He also sprayed something on her sore finger that stung like a bee. Did not apologize.
My pedi was better, but not the best. I got a good foot buff, but ended up with a cut on my foot from it. Sore!
OMG, get some people who are customer service oriented!
One gal walked out and said she would never ever come back again! We picked this place for the stars, but it was not the best in town at all!

My now husband and I chose to come here for our spa day just before our wedding earlier this month. It turned into a very stressful afternoon. We were taken to our chairs and feet put in the baths. My husbands feet were started almost right away. I sat and sat and sat waiting for over an hour with my feet in the bath. My husband person kept getting up to work on other things and then come back. My husband was just about done and they had at least started to work on my mani when a altercation broke out between two employees. During the altercation one of the customers had to step in to get it to calm down. Even then there was a lot of back and forth between who I believe was the manager and the young man who eventually left. Talk about stressful! At this point it’s now and hour and twenty minutes of being stuck with my feet in the bath. They final came and sort of finished my feet and at least got color on my toes. Then they telle I’m done with out finishing my mani. when I said something they gave me a weird look and came over to put a clear coat on. I told husband to pay the bill and let’s go. I still had other services I had scheduled and I left anyway! I spent the rest of my afternoon trying to find another location to finish up the waxing I need done for my wedding. What was supposed to be a relaxing fun afternoon turned into a stressful mess. I did get the eye brows done with another company but I got married with a crappy mani because I didn’t have time to get it fixed. Thanks for nothing.

I highly recommend this nail salon! I was a walk in so there was a little bit of a wait but totally worth it! I got a Gel manicure done by Tina and it is the best manicure I have had in a long time! She cleaned up my nails very nicely and the gel is perfect! I will defiantly be going back again!
Also as a side note I noticed that they have pedicure stations for kids there which I have not seen before but love! I like to take my daughter to get her nails done as a treat and having a chair she will actually fit in to get a pedicure is a nice bonus

Best pedicure that I had ever recieved. Tommy did an amazing job. Excellent attention to detail and never felt rushed.
