I had my carpets cleaned by Becks because I had recently rescued a dog and had a hard time potty training her, and my carpets where in need of a good deep cleaning. The day after they came and my carpets where dry the smell came back and a little worse in some places. They said that they had produced to get rid of the urine smell but whatever they did, did not work. I am very disappoint for $ 120 for my small living room and hall to have the smell back the next day is not o.k. Last year I used Merrill’s and they did a way better job! I would not recommend Becks to anyone.

Great service. Highly recommended. I originally called another company that cleaned the carpet of an apartment I rented few years ago but there were all booked for the day I requested so I decided to give this one a shot. Great choice; the carpet looked like brand new again just like the day I moved in. I did not know this company it’s been in the carpet/​upholstery cleaning business for many years. Great costumer service over the phone and in person.
