I only have one experience with this Pizza Hut, but it falls short of the other pizza joints in the area. The employees are respectful enough and the facilities are decent, but the wait times are a little lengthy. This place is definitely understaffed, and on the weekends it doesn’t take much to overwhelm the employees. I would not recommend ordering from this place unless you have time to wait for your order.

I placed my order at 10:26 am before the store even opened. I was told that I was the second order of the day considering that they do not open until 11. & that my order would arrive around 11:15. It’s not 11:47 and my food still hasn’t arrived. It’s probably cold & disgusting. Not to mention that I’m pregnant and my craving is now gone. I honestly will never order from this store again.

I placed an order at 10:58, online, as I waited out in the parking lot.
The email confirmation stated that the pizza would be ready by 11:45. At 11:30, I phone just to be sure my online order was received:
Me: I’m calling to verify my order was received, since I’m waiting outside.
Heather (I think that’s what she said): Sheri?
Me: Yes; I placed my order online and don’t want to wait in vain.
Heather: Oh, you want me to put that in now? The sheet says you don’t want it until 12:45, and I didn’t want it waiting in the heater; it only takes 10 minutes to cook.
Me: I am waiting outside. Please put my pizza in the oven — I have been waiting since 11:00…
It’s 11:42, I walk in and guess what, it’s done, surprisingly… Crystal rang me up and was pleasant.
