I’ve never NOT had a bad experience at this Wendy’s. Not sure why I returned after multiple disappointments– late night cravings get the best of me, I suppose. Not anymore! Every single time I politely ask for no tomato, sometimes repeat it twice and lo and behold, I’m angerly throwing a tomato out the window again. Spitting out French fries burnt to a crisp. No friendly greetings, just a monotone voice blaring the price in my ear. seems poorly managed. Depressed I wasted $ 18 on such a terrible meal for my boyfriend and I. Those were NOT meals worth $ 9 value, not even $ 5. And only gets a star because I had to so I could post this.

The staff might be the politest I’ve ever met. Saying thank you very much and please come again. Most fast food employees act like they are being held captive but this folks are very nice. Keep up the good work.

Don’t you hate when you tell yourself your going to stop doing something, but you don’t? Uhmmm well, that’s what keep happening to me. I L-​O-​V-​E Wendy’s in fact it’s the only fast-​food burger that I would eat, but this location (even though it’s located in Oak Forest) is managed by some ghetto people. Now, they do give you your food fast (NOT FRESH) and its conveniently located next to I-​80, but their customer service is whack !
