We love Noodles but not pleased with this location at all. It was dirty, especially at the fountain drink area… Then we had to wait at least a half hour for our food, staff were not very friendly.

I come to this place frequently. Food service is fast and the food is always fine. At least every other time I come into this place and get a soda, I walk over to the freestyle machine only to find out it is out of one item or the other. I inform them the machine is empty. I always get an apology. I’m tired of apologies. Developed a habit of making sure the machine is filled and working properly. Check it during the day. Stop inconveniencing the customer and provide the service I have paid for and you are offering. It’s not rocket science.

After ordering for the family we all sat down to eat. They told me that they did not ring up an order for my youngest daughter. Might have been their fault, might have been mine. They gave her a chocolate chip cookie for waiting. Decent redemption.

I had never been in a Noodles & Company before. This location is near my apartment complex so I stopped in for an early lunch recently. The employee behind the counter was very courteous and knowledgeable in helping me make a decision on what I’d like to try. I did enjoy the dish that I had chosen but did not have a good first impression of the place. They hadn’t even been open an hour yet that day and the entrance doors were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a month. The employee that helped me had on a dirty apron and cap. I can’t help but wonder how clean the kitchen area is. I won’t be back.

Ive always enjoyed noodles & co. however this location did not produce the same results. Noodles were dry and lacking sauce. Noodle dishes aren’t rocket science and are one the easiest dishes to make. The only thing going for this restaurant is location(oak creek). Hopefully they can make some improvements in food quality. I would avoid this unless you’re expecting below standard noodle dishes.

This location is a hot mess. If you’ve actually had good food at one of these chains DONOT go to this location. The staff was so unorganized, chaotic even. The wait was over 30 minutes, nothing fast abut that food. Worst of all the noodles and vegetables were terribly overcooked, dried out and no trace of the delicious coconut curry flavor that interested me in the first place. If I owned this location I would get my butt in there and overhaul immediately to save my investment.

I was obsessed with this place while pregnant. Their spicy chicken caesar wrap is freaking AMAZING! Only reason why they’re not getting a 5 is because the portions are a bit small.

It fast food only with Noodles instead of burgers. Great choices, the staff was veryu friendly and helpful — we were all not from an area that has a Noodles and Company so we were not familiar with the menu. Being as I was in Wisconsin I ordered the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese with chicken, very good. It seems to be a newer location and was very clean.

I used to not be the biggest fan of Noodles and Company, so I did not go there for a few years until recently. I had the Indonesian Peanut Sauté and absolutely fell head over heels in love. The spicy and sweet flavors were a perfect blend, and the price was very reasonable. Of course, any restaurant that has Sirricha sauce is one of my best friends. I also really appreciate that they label the menu, so vegetarians and vegans are able to know what options are there for them. I have been dying to go back to try their new pesto salad with feta cheese. Can’t wait!

Fairly low prices but the portions are a little small, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing, given America’s(and Wisconsin, in particular) tendancy to overeat. They have lots of vegan and vegetarian options and I like there are ample veggies in the food. I went with the Thai curry noodle soup with baked tofu, which was good, but would not be mistaken for authentic Thai noodles. I also got the side salad for $ 1, which is a very good deal and good way to get more veggies, but it’s your simple lettuce, tomato, cucumber salad that’s not too impresive. I don’t really find this place impressive, but give the overwhelming precense of greasy fast food and low-quality, in-authentic restaurants in Oak Creek, this is of the best options for healthy and/or vegetarian or vegan food.

Plenty of parking. Excellent service. Love their food — esp. good if you’re vegetarian. This one is better than the one in downtown Tosa.

Who designed this Noodles & Co., seriously? You enter the main doors and you’re smack in the middle of a breezeway that has two equidistant doors on each side with no clear direction. Once inside, the registers are right there, with barely any room to queue. Horrible design! Employees are helpful and cheery, the rest of the dining area is large(giving me the impression that someone F-ed up, royally, with the small ordering area). It’s a Noodles… I get Indonesian Peanut Sauté, my son loves the Udon Pan Noodles with Steak. Noodles & Co. food is good when you crave it, And not that I care about the store design, but seriously, check it out– it’s completely assinine.

What do you get when you strip away the Thai, Italian, Japanese, or whatever Ethnic cuisine from the world of noodles and package it as «Mediterranean, Asian, and American» for the suburbs? You get Noodles and Company — the McDonald’s of world noodle cuisine. The Oak Creek location is brand new and did not show up on my map program yet, but it is there. Now, there is nothing particularly special about this place, but I can say that if you have kids, or a family of not so adventurous people to feed this is the place to get them to at least try Pad Thai, or mushrooms in Mac n Cheese. Perhaps it can serve as a «gateway» to going out and trying authentic food? Who knows? At any rate I was visiting family and there were kids to feed, and adults who wanted to go out. To the rescue came Noodles & Company. The food: Everything was A-Ok. Everything seemed fresh. The kids ordered simple butter noodles and Mac n Cheese, and the adults tried a variety of the other dishes in small bowls. The staff are chipper high school kids who are great at rounding up the Huy Fong Sriracha which is just about the best hot sauce made in the USA. I was happy that they had it and in abundance. I had the Truffle Mac which was solid and yummy, but not your gourmet Mac n Cheese by any stretch of the imagination, but I was thinking of spicing it up next time(yes I expect to return with nieces and nephews in tow!) by asking them to add blue cheese or feta. One thing I can say is that this place is a godsend if you are a vegetarian stuck out in the burbs. Most everything on the menu has a vegetarian option and two at my table went for vegetarian noodle options and were happy. They were nice and prepared a chicken breast on the side for the kids to share. Again, this is a good place for the kiddies.

It’s a chain, so it’s pretty much the same no matter where you go. The good thing is that the food is pretty high quality for a chain. I stopped in a few days after they opened and had the Japanese Pan Noodles with Marinated Steak. Udon Noodles in a nicely sweet Soy based Sauce with lots of different veggies and tasty Marinated Steak. The staff is nice and it is easily wheelchair accessible. My only concern is the building itself. It is very narrow and with the ordering counter right near the entrance, I think it will be difficult to deal with when they get busy.

Ahh Noodles & Co… They are to the noodle industry, what Starbucks is to the coffee industry. Able to charge a fortune for a common household staple. Meanwhile the add a special touch that keeps people coming back for more! The store is brand new, so it is very clean. They were able to handle the large crowd quickly. Kudos! It is the service that will keep people coming back for more. Great opening day.
