Marco’s Pizza

The calzones are huge, full of flavor and delicious. They’re also fairly recently priced.

I’ve ordered pick-​up from Marcos and found this place to be consistent on making a really good pizza. They have the pizza done and ready as promised when I get there. The cheese and ingredients seem to be high quality.

We used to get pizza here often but lately it hasn’t been as good. Also, chicken wings are super fatty and didn’t taste good.

To be fair, previous pizzas have all been great, EXCEPT for this past one, which also included a cooked COCKROACH. If I knew how to post the pix I would.

This four star review is strictly based on the food, not the customer service.
Food:
The pizza is unique and great. Loaded with toppings every time we order. There is no area to sit down here, simply a delivery or carry-​out place. We live JUST over the border of Franklin/​Oak Creek… and they have always delivered to us, though it takes some nudging.
On that note, the service:
We are always treated as though we are a nuisance and a bother to the staff. They speak like sailors in the back, and clearly have not considered customer service 101. I have been argued with many times on the phone. One morning, before noon, I had called to ask for a delivery. The phone answered, «delivery or carry-​out?». Just to reaffirm they would deliver that early, I asked, «Do you deliver before noon?» — a snark comment back of, «If we didn’t, then why would I have offered it for you?». I get that it was offered, but the rudeness and the overall demeanor of the staff always frustrates me.
Again, overall awesome food, and worth dealing with the «snots» that work there.

I used to be a Marco’s enthusiast. I loved their pizza. But then I suddenly realized they had been charging me $ 26 for a $ 21 order for two years. The manager graciously gave me a free pizza for the trouble and the overcharging stopped. But so did the good service.
From that point forward, the crackhead delivery driver, who always seemed to want to come inside my house, stopped delivering on time. 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and finally 2 hours to receive my order. When I called to complain about the 2 hour delay, the manager basically told me to «fuck off».
So I did. I haven’t ordered from them since.

Awesome pizza the best I have found in se wisconsin carry out only but that’s ok I drive 20 min just for this place and drive by many good pizza places but Marco is well worth it

Basically my third or fourth option when craving Pizza delivery. I usually stick with the Marco Rollo thing. It’s really just a huge Calzone. It’s so big I can feed my self for days!

They have this thing called the Marco Rollo and it’s basically a pizza crust folded in half and stuffed with all the ingredients found on a pizza. First of all, it’s enough to feed four people, but because the thing is folded it’s hard to divide up. Second of all, it’s way too saucy, making it messy. The pizzas are just OK. The sauce it way too sweet making it a distraction to the flavors of the toppings.

Oh Marco’s! How many inches had you added to my midsection when I lived in Oak Creek? One will never know.
The pizza here is… fantastic. Plenty of toppings, crust however you’d like it, tasty sauce. Not the quickest place, but good things usually take time. Try the double crust pizza. Your waist line will hate you. And if you’re not looking for a whole pizza give the Marco Rollo a go.
I miss you so Marco’s! Some day I’ll eat you again.

Fantastic pizza! Some of the best I have ever had. It is a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it. Delivery was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!
