Zero stars. Horrible customer service. I called to reschedule a couples massage and was told I would receive a call back confirming the appt. NEVER got a call, and life just got ahead of me so it slipped my mind to follow up(which I shouldn’t have to even do). Receive a call on the day I wanted to reschedule saying I missed my appt and would be charged the no call no show. Was then told the manager would call me Monday. No call. Could get ahold of her until Wednesday at which time she was extremely rude and claimed the appt was confirmed. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
