I had my first ever Brazilian with Zahara and I am very thankful I got someone like her. She was super easy to talk to and make the experience as easy as your first Brazilian wax could possibly be. I have already booked my next appointment and will definitely be a repeat customer of Zahara’s.

«Z» was great! She’s sweet, efficient, and she did a damn good job. They use hard wax and after a bad experience with hard, I was hesitant but Z was fast and the pain was minimal. I am so glad I found someone that’s good and professional near my new home! Oh did I mention the online booking was a breeze? I already made my return appointment! Z is the first esthetician I’ve had that actually had a «plan» for my eyebrows. So many praises to the owner! You have a return customer!

I had my first ever Brazilian wax with Zahara yesterday. I was extremely nervous about going, but she was such a sweetheart. She made me feel 110% comfortable! She was quick, and the pain was bare minimum! I am so glad that i did not chicken out, and will now be a long time customer! Zahara is so wonderful at her job, I can not say enough good things about this place :) The staff was amazingly friendly, and made me feel right at home :) Thank you ladies for being awesome!

She is the best experience I’ve had with a waxer EVER! I’m never going anywhere else and I hope she never leaves because I don’t know what I would do now that I’ve found her haha… But no really. After two times I can already see the difference. Everything people say about her is true. She talks you through the process. She educates you on everything she’s doing so you’re 100% comfortable. She makes it so easy, painless, and fast. I feel like I’m there just chatting with a friend for 15 minutes. Do yourself a favor and go see for yourself!

I found Shiwanna on groupon and I’ve been coming to see her for almost a year now! She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. She talks to you like you’ve been friends for years. Her services are painless and SUPER speedy! Her spa is clean and refreshing. She still talks me through the process, which is nice and the prices are unbeatable! I definitely recommend Shiwanna for first timers or others that aren’t happy at another place. You will love her!

My first time getting a Brazillian wax… needless to say I was nervous. Shiwanna was excellent. She put me right at ease. Very professional yet personable as well. She educated me on the process and reassured me throughout. She even did a brow and lip wax for me even though I had not scheduled it. She was great! I highly recommend this business.

So this was my second time getting a Brazilian wax the first time was alittle over a year ago & it was a TERRIBLE experience (It was a completely different spa) anywho… I decided to try the Brazilian one more time just to be sure. I was a little nervous because my first experience was terrible. I arrived maybe 15 minutes before my scheduled time (my appointment was at 1) now on to the waxing… yes it is a Brazilian so it’s not an easy breezy situation. However it didn’t hurt as much… I believe it’s the hard wax she uses & her technique! It’s completely bearable & she’s very detailed with the way that she does things… I believe it helps that we were just talking about life which made time go by even faster. Needless to say… my wax was complete in 10 MINUTES! & at the end she gave me a cookie :) I’ll be back in 3 weeks! It was well worth it !!!

First time ever that I had a brazillian wax done. I had a groupon but did not want to just go anywhere for something like this so I read the reviews and everyone was right. Shiwanna was the best. Was it painful? Yes… but Shiwanna made me feel very comfortable, was very patient and very professional. Towards the end I was actually laughing! I hardly ever write reviews but I just had to give Shiwanna 5 stars for her excellent service!

Things are usually pretty black & white with me, either I love it or I hate it & you better believe that if I feel either, you will know it, but let’s just say for sake of this review I absolutely adore Shiwanna! After ten years of Brazillians & seeing over 10 different Aestheticians; I think I’ve found the one, and with that being said there is definitely NO gray area.
Bella Amore is located in the Oak Brook Promenade inside of the Phoenix Salon suites, it can be kind of hard to find so if you are not familiar with the area give yourself an extra 10 minutes in case you get lost. She is sweet, clean, & a full professional. I applaud her for being fully educated with all factions of hair removal & skin care. Throughout the process she coached me on the do’s & dont’s that other wax techs have never mentioned to be before. The best part about my visit with Shiwanna is that I DIDNT FEEL A THING. I swear not a thing. AHMAAZING! Her Spa is the real deal for great service. She uses high quality grade hard wax & even has her own line of products that I can’t wait to try! Give her a shot, I guarantee you will not regret it! I am a guaranteed a returning client.
