As a small child, I developed a fear of the dentist because of past experiences with horrendous pain and discomfort while being treated at an alternate dental group. I had to have subsequent and significant work done thereafter as a result. Goodness, the very thought of going to the dentist prior to Dr. Burns used to make me panic and cause anxiety.
During my first visit at the office many years ago, I was able to get acquainted with the staff and Dr. Burns before anything was started. At that time I articulated my fears, concerns and anxiety which were immediately put to rest – care, empathy and compassion was genuinely displayed. That is where my trust was established. Dr. Paul Burns is an amazing dentist! I absolutely adore him and his office staff. He is thorough, cautious and gives you his undivided attention at all times. I like the fact he «checks in» throughout procedures to ensure the highest level of comfort remains.
The office is not a revolving door of «get patients in, get them out.» Dr. Burns and his employees engage with their clients and spend time with them. My children and husband also see Dr. Burns and they think he is great!
Dr. Burns is VERY particular about details and the work he is performing. He is a man of his word and very kind. I have NOT experienced one ounce of pain at his office and been 100% satisfied with his work. I give this office my highest recommendation, without a doubt!
