The first time I went here I had a positive experience. The second time was a TOTAL SHOCK! Here’s the story. I went in to consign. They went through my stuff and took what they thought would sell. I call up a couple weeks later and THEY CLAIM I HAD NEVER COME IN!!! So, I rushed over there and talked to the manager. The manager said she had no record of me being there (OH BY THE WAY, THEY DON’T GIVE YOU A RECEIPT OR EVEN RECORD WHAT YOU BROUGHT IN WHEN YOU HAND OVER YOUR PROPERTY). Then she finally admitted I «may» have come in but I «must» have told them to DONATE my stuff! Why would I waste my time donating to a consignment shop! My things were nice! Brand new Steven Madden leather heals! Three brand new LEE jeans WITH TAGS! Then for the manager to accuse me of LYING???
