Pretty average Home Depot location from what I could tell on my visit so that puts them at 4-​stars in my book. In contrast, I also interacted with my local Lowe’s on the same day and it was an abysmal experience, thus reinforcing my strong preference for HD.
Staff directed me to the right area of the store on the first request. Guys in the plumbing department were knowledgeable and helped me buy the entire project in one fell swoop — which I really appreciate.
The reason I came to this location instead of my regular location is because they stock the sump pump that I knew I wanted to buy and it is a «ship to store» item at my regular store. That said, I would certainly shop here again.
Almost forgot — they had some staff outside grilling hot dogs. Maybe it was because I visited them on Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend but I thought it was a nice touch.

Kitchen department is useless I think they send more business a way then retain. Tried to get a kitchen drawn up and counter top ready to purchase but what a surprise there’s never anyone there that knows how to do it. Guess what? Here comes another kitchen ur way lowes. Service is everything.

Bought window tint kit and didn’t notice it was previously opened and missing items until I was halfway through the directions. Way to go returns department. I’m just using Lowes from here in out.
