This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in while in Missouri. Chris is an excellent leasing consultant and I highly recommend her. She knows who’s she worked with and remembers you when you stop by the office. Magge the property manager is understanding and can solve any problem in a timely fashion. My job is relocating me but I will miss this community and it’s amazing amenities. The pool and car wash on site will be missed!

We planned to make this our permanent home but lately the management has started imposing ridiculous rules. They are making residents take down any hanging things from the patio such as bird feeders, wind chimes, hanging plants and we can not even have shepherds hook in the ground near our patios even if it is in a place whicht does not require mowing.
This used to be a pleasant place to live but now we and many others are happy with these restrictive rules.
Also there is a big mosquito problem here due to broken irrigation pipes. People often speed through the parking lot making it unsafe for pedestrians.
Mary Jolly is the best person, too bad this place is going down hill fast.
