When you get down to it realtors should be about accuracy of documents! That is why one pays commissions. Well this realtor «team» had a sign for several days in front of an immediate occupancy house stating they would be there from 1130 to 130. We stop by at 100pm and no one was there.
I called the number on the phone. Finally, got ahold of someone. There was no «I’m sorry» just «it was right in the paper». Um helllloooooo! Who buys a newspaper anymore? Let alone when buying property? Everyone looks on line. Try
it’s pretty neat. Makes me wonder why you need people like this.
Also the text in the photos reads kinda funny? Like they were doing well only screwing up one sign this week? Wtf!!!
I would be so pissed if I was selling my house especially immediate occupancy to be represented like this. I hope these goofballs are a 3% commission team, because otherwise you can’t afford their quality.
