The people are nice here but they had my computer for about 2 months. I would call and call and always get the run around. They told me over the phone once fixed that they didn’t have my updated contact number on the ticket, that’s the reason for the delay. Then when they looked me up in their system my number was there.
I told the repair tech not to transfer any data because there was none on the computer to transfer. When I got home and looked at my receipt.$ 20 for data transfer.
Also when I got home the battery was not saying charging when plugged in so after a Google search I had to repair that myself.

PC gaming is something very near and dear to my heart, and when something goes wrong with my computer, it is as devastating as losing a pet. The technicians of Solve Your System Inc understood my problem and repaired my rig to my utmost satisfaction — and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg either. They were always friendly and professional, both when on the phone and in person, and offered me options for repair. How many companies do that nowadays? I would recommend this company to anyone experiencing computer difficulties, or even someone looking for a new computer. They custom-​build machines and can even put rigs together from customer supplied parts! Why would you ever need to go anywhere else?

Outstanding! Highly recommend. Professional, friendly, patient, thorough and very reasonably priced. Maurice, Joe & Zack did a great job with my Vaio laptop that required a new hard drive and complete software install. They walked me through their work, kept me updated, and provided a lot of good ‘tips and education’ as I am comfortable with systems but not a power user. I recommend them highly and will return here for all my computer needs plus send my friends.
