Salon Identity

I was part of a wedding party and the bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, and mother of the groom all got our hair done here. They had about 6 stylists, so that we were all able to get our hair done in a very timely manner. The stylists were awesome! They kept the bride entertained and distracted from any pre-​wedding jitters. We all got a variety of hairstyles and they were able to accommodate all of us! We looked great for the wedding thanks to Salon Identity!

I was extremely desperate for a pedicure because my old salon closed. Thankfully, Salon Identity could take me the same day I called. The person who answered was friendly and when I arrived at the salon, I was welcomed immediately. Courtney did my pedicure and did such an amazing job. My feet look and feel great. Courtney also put me completely at ease as we chatted during the hour. Salon Identity is such a fun place with friendly people. I’ll be back!!!

Excellent service, superb expertise and just awesome, friendly people!!! I called in the same day hoping to get some highlights and salvage a previous color job that wasn’t at par to what I wanted. Joey Harris just made my day!!! He explained my color options and actually listened to what I wanted! Finally settling on a color that really livened up my face and he just worked his magic! Not only does he KNOW his craft, he is just a very kind and cool person to chat with! So come to Salon Identity and look for Joey Harris and I assure he will not disappoint :) Yay Joey!!!

I’ve been trying to find a nice nail salon for a year ever since I moved back to this area and decided to give this one a try! I’m very picky about where I go because when I go get my nails done, I want to relax and enjoy the pampering. The service here was great and everyone I spoke with was very friendly! They did a wonderful job on my nails and even re-​touched them for me when I clumsily got in the pedicure chair and smudged them up a bit. I enjoyed every minute of being there and will definitely be using them as my go-​to salon.

Chris Whitaker did an incredible job on my hair! He cut about 8 inches off and he didn’t rush either! You can tell he’s truly dedicated to his job and he makes you feel important and like a friend! Not just to make a quick buck and rush through! I have found my hairstylist and will be returning for some color!

I have a super super picky husband who insists on having haircut every two weeks. But not just any haircut. The perfect haircut. Unfortunately, he also doesn’t want to pay a lot of money for it. So for years, he’s gone to Great Clips or the like and paid $ 8.00 for a haircut that 4 out of 5 times looks like I could have done a better job with some clippers in our kitchen.
After we moved to O’Fallon, he decided that the nearest Great Clips had screwed him over a time too many and that he was finally willing to pay a little more for a haircut. So the search began. A mile or two down Main Street from our house is this little place called Salon Identity. I went in there once for an eyebrow wax (only $ 10.00 and she did an AMAZING job). I suggested he call them and find out the price for a haircut.
He decided it was sufficient enough if it meant he was going to get a good haircut, and BOY, does he. He always goes to the same stylist — Tara, and she understands how finicky he is about his hair and she’s always very patient with him, takes her time, and does a fantastic job. She even cleaned up his neckline and gave him a trim the week of our wedding so that he looked nice and fresh in his tux.
Last night, I got my haircut by Tara for the first time and I am SO amazingly pleased at how it turned out. I had no idea it was going to look this good. She even showed me some styling tips to help me out with my new bangs and shorter ‘do. The best part is that it only cost me $ 31.00!!! Absolutely unbelievable! I didn’t know you could GET a good hair cut under $ 40.00. They’ll accept walk-​ins, but make an appointment today. You’ll be so happy!
