Jersey Mike’s Subs

I had to update my review because my problem here was with my orders being messed up and rude customer service. But after addressing my issues with the management here I gotta say this place is pretty damn good!!! The regular subs are huge and the giant subs could feel 2 people easily!!! Mikes way is the best way to get their subs. The oregano seasoning with the olive oil and vinegar is an absolutely delicious combo. Their hot subs are delicious as well. The price is very fair compared to the amount of food you get especially compared to other sub shops. They offer a variety of subs and three different types of breads: white, wheat, and Parmesan. Parmesan is by far my favorite and highly recommended.

I love love LOVE this place! I probably would never have tried them if they hadn’t sent us a bunch of coupons in the mail. I’ve now eaten there about 4 times, and have loved everything. The first thing I had was the original Italian sub on wheat. It was seriously the best sub I have ever eaten! I’ve also had their chicken Philly and turkey wrap with honey mustard – all fantastic! I’m glad this location is so close to where I live, but I hope they will open more locations in the STL area! Everyone needs to experience this!

They have great subs! X101002928348 times better than Subway. Subway is disgusting. The girl manager with short hair is so cute and sweet! They also have a nice point system to get free stuff. Go check them out!

Let me start by saying I like the staff here. They are really nice… My boyfriend comes here often and they treat him so well.
I only come occasionally. Honestly, to me… It’s not a great sandwich. Nothing really sets it apart. I look at the billboards that say they are the best in every market they are in and I literally cannot imagine how.
I do like their Reuben. And the philly. But I ordered the Chicken Parm last time I was there. Basically, it was two odd tasting chicken nuggets on a loaf of bread. A little non-​description boring sauce and cheese. I ripped most of the bread off so I would have at least a marginally normal ratio of chicken to sandwich. If you are a Jersey Mike’s fan… Skip this sandwich. It will ONLY disappoint. Head about ¼ mile down the street to Firehouse instead.

I see zero reasons to go here. Subway, Pen Station, Jimmy Johns ext. All better food and better bang for your buck. Jersey Mikes has very few options compared to its competitors at a steeper price. They have messed up my order more then once. I will give them credit for doing fund raising nights, but that’s the only reason they have one star. I would only give them half a star if I could.

I’ve been here 5 times and haven’t been disappointed yet. The sandwiches are huge compared to Subway with plenty of meat. Priced fairly compared to the competition. I like the fact there is no microwave in sight. Hot sandwiches are cooked a on a flat grill. I do wish they offered french fries as a side.

Love the food… Love the service… A co-​worker and I visit once a week and enjoy this place from the minute we walk in to the minute we leave!

The first time I had Jersey Mike’s was in the Las Vegas airport. It was great, so now fast forward to today, excited to have the opportunity to get this great sandwich closer to home. Today, I tried the Chipotle Cheesesteak, w/​Chicken vs the Beef. It did not disappoint. Their regular size sandwich is larger than a 6″ and in my opinion, worth the price. The bread is fresh and very soft. Truly enjoyed this.

They put out a pretty decent hot sandwich. Ordered the philly and it was hot, juicey, the bread was soft, and I liked the sauce too. The one thing I didn’t like about my sandwich was that as felt like it was lacking in meat. I ordered the biggest guy too. Were they being cheap with the «promotions» coupon I gave them? I don’t know? Maybe they were soo brand new when I came in here, but it did feel a little dis-​organized as well, from ordering, finding a seat, and paying in the midst of another customer paying on the same register. They have a «gang» of baby chairs but not enough tables low enough to compensate for them and the toddler I brought in. That was a struggle. While looking at the cold subs being made they looked significantly better. Jersey Mike’s I thought yoos guys was A-​OK in my book, and I’ll be coming around anada day when I get a chance to try out yoos cold cuts. Bada bing.

Poor Customer Service from the cashier to the manager. When asked about my reward points she only said its too late I can’t fix it. I also questioned the price I was charged which was 30 cents too much. She said only the manager could fix it as she rolled her eyes at me and acted as though I was disturbing her. When the manager arrived and I spoke to him the only comment I got in front of other customers was «So, you want your 30 cents back!» I was very shocked. The food was good although my sandwich was missing an item. Not sure if I will return.

The sandwiches here are great. With the donations and what they did for FZW I got a Club Sub & Chipotle Cheesesteak which I only got because the guy by me in line asked if I like a little kick suggested it. Wow it was so good the chipotle mayo jersey mikes has is incredible! The sandwich ws fantastic so was the service and I’m here another time for lunch right now I ordered online and the service is good. Down one star should maybe do more my sandwich was hot but sat there a second.
They seem to always be packed and for 7.57 a regular chipotle cheesesteak I’ll never WASTE money at a sandwich place again.

Good deli sandwich. A bit pricey compared to the other sandwich shops. I like what they are doing to support the local schools.
