I hadn’t had Domino’s in quite a while, at least a year. Pizza Hut has really stepped up their game, and I find their new crust and flavor choices quite appealing. Domino’s was offering large, two topping pizzas for $ 5.99, so thought I’d give them a try. When I brought the 90% crust, minimal topping pies home, I remembered why I didn’t patronize Domino’s. We bought three, anticipating keeping some leftovers, but the pizzas were so mediocre I had no interest in saving leftovers and only ate a couple of pieces. Guess the saving grace is that my 2&3 year old grandkids liked the doughy crust, but the three adults all agreed that most/virtually all frozen pizzas would have been superior to this purchase. Won’t be buying them again, regardless of the price.

I order delivery frequently. I like their pies and delivery is efficient. I give only two stars in that delivery is grossly overpriced. One large pizza with tip is about $ 25. Too much.

I like Dominos for the most part. A little more convenient on way home from work. They’re not the best but not the worst pizza out there. Sometimes I wish there was more sauce or flavor to their sauce but I do like their new crust. The specials aren’t bad either. My only real negative comment is I went through their drive through to pick up my order. A car had just pulled out and I immediately pulled up to the window. A girl working saw me and turned away. I thought maybe a customer inside ahead of me was being waited on. So I waited my turn… and then waited more. Meanwhile they’re all bustling about inside and no further looks at me. It’s 10 degrees, my window is down and I’m cold. I had to open my door to reach their doorbell and finally got helped. My pizza had been ready, I saw it on the rack ready to go and while it was hot it was not HOT! I’ll go back sometimes but again it’s not the greatest pizza or the worst but good customer service can make up for that.
