O'Fallon, IL
They sent me an email saying that my prescriptions are ready. They were not. 3 of the 6 were wrong. I was stored in an inappropriate way per the manufacturers instructions. The pharmacist was not aware of this. That was particularly reassuring!
The other was changed from a 30 day supply to a 15 day supply, with neither my knowledge or consent. This is essentially insurnace fraud.
Finally, the last RX was not filled although the email indicated that it was.
