I took a new laptop to Computer Depot and my current failing laptop for them to transfer the data. I preloaded Microsoft Office and Turbo Tax on the new computer so they would move the data over to the new computer. I was not able to open turbo tax on the new laptop. That was a total fail. I was not able to open my contacts on Microsoft Outlook or my calendar. That was a total fail. They did transfer documents and pictures. They charged $ 102 and said no one is able to transfer Microsoft Office data. I called Microsoft Office tech support and they got me going from over the phone for $ 69. That $ 69 covers my unlimited usage for 1 year.
