I have been seeing Dr. Clay for many years. My daughter has been suffering from back and neck pain for about a year. She has seen her PC and been sent to physical therapy but it never seems to help. I don’t know what took me so long to finally take her to see Dr. Clay but it has been life changing for her. She saw her one time and immediately felt like a million bucks! The office staff is friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend CenterPoint Chiropractic! Thank you Dr. Clay!

My husband, 3 sons and I have been going to see Dr. Clay for several years now. Our experience with her and her staff has always been wonderful! They are professional, kind and so helpful. I see her for acupuncture and adjustments and my health and well being has improved dramatically! My husband and boys see her for adjustments, or «tune-​ups» which has helped them. I’ve even noticed we don’t get sick as often as we used to. They have many different services to suit different needs. Been here several times and each adjustment has done nothing for me but created more back and neck problems. Really disappointed with the billing department at this office. Each time I go in for an adjustment they ask a different amount and it’s extremely frustrating. They kept charging my fiancé out of pocket costs when he had an HRA account set up. Alicia, the front office attendant does not seem to care or work around your work hours. I do not know how many times I had repeat myself saying that I can not come in after 9 am due to work hours. This location is not open on the weekend and the hours are not flexible. The Chropractor, Kristina Clay compares our bodies as «tune ups» to a car. Great metaphor, because our bodies are so similar to cars? I do not have the time to go back in forth with their billing manager and my insurance company each visit. Their office sent me a bill that I have already paid that I am currently fighting against. If you want back/​neck problems, rude customer service, and a chiropractor that doesn’t seem to know anything, this is your place!
