Terrible experience. Bartender lacked personality, seemed as if she was ready to leave and her shift had just started. Took about 20 minutes after getting drinks for her to come back and take our order.(The bar had 6 total customers besides us) 20+ minutes later the wings and mac and cheese finally came out. By this time we were starving and didn’t think to check and make sure they were cooked. Sure enough we both at half of a boneless wing, when I noticed they were completely pink on the inside. Informed the Bartender, she seemed as if it was a chore to go fix the mistake. She showed the manager, he acknowledged it, yet for some reason didn’t come apologize for the mistake.(At this point it was 4:45 and maybe 10 guest in the entire place) Although 15 minutes earlier the«manager» was apologizing to a «regular» for messing up his to-go order. None the less, 20 minutes later the food came out cooked. Tasted as if they just dropped them back in the fryer and re-sauced them. Terrible experience, management, and food. Haven’t eaten at BWW’s in a while, and this will not be bringing me back as a customer. Steer clear of this location, McD’s has better customer service.

At its core, this is a wings place, and the wings are good. They come with bones or boneless, and there are at least 20 different flavors of sauce. Some are extremely hot — like the mango habanero — but there is a wide range when it comes to the heat. I recently had the Jamaican jerk-flavored wings, and they were very good. The service was fine at our last visit, but I can see why some people have had bad experiences. There is a lot going on: TVs are everywhere; kids and wait staff running around; noise. The other food on the menu has been forgettable, and the seasoned wings — the ones that aren’t sauced — aren’t very good.

Good sauces! Decent service. Okay prices. Horrible management. The only wing place I know of where asking for napkins is literally like asking for a favor.

Rude staff… cold food and when I asked for sauce they got mad at me and rushed to the back… watched them complain about me to the cooks. When they saw that I didn’t tip on the receipt for my pickup order they pretty much threw my sauce in the bag and said bye like get the heck out of here… also there is black mush in my chicken and I have no clue what it is

I’m only giving this place 2 stars because I’m hopeful my food will be decent. My server doesn’t know her bar drinks… a vodka sugar free red bull apparently was difficult for her…12 minutes later my drinks came… after the appetizer… so far this is proving to be a less then favorable experience

I usually love BWW went there with my husband last night for my Birthday and ended up vomiting all night along with diaherra cramping and extreme gas slight fever. Needless to say food poisoning. My husband as well. Not happy.

The cheeseburger I had was ok, nothing special. It tasted like the burger was frozen and they cooked it in the microwave. I had the pretzels for the appetizers, which were salty. Then I had the cinnamon bites for dessert, which tasted doughy and burnt. They had all the TVs on super loud, so it was hard to have a conversion with the person I was with. The waitress, Tosha A, was very nice and made our visit excellent(despite the food).

I gave them a try again after getting annoyed at the old location. Server there referred to my daughter as Blondie the entire night and the server’s tip reflected that from paying parent. So gave them another try at new location. This time server was sweet but either new or just not trained. Just slow in bringing us refills and then the check. Must have been there same night as prior reviewer because upon leaving I saw employees wrapping silverware and eating. Unless this is just a bad habit they’ve allowed them to do? The night I was there was a week night and slow. Hopefully they’ll get their act together, do some training on how to treat customers and maybe this place will get some better reviews.

***WARNINGTHISWILLGROSSYOUOUT*** If negative numbers were possible I would max them out for this store! After a less than great visit my last time I was convinced to give them another try. BIGMISTAKE!!! Started off ok but in getting water the server did not use clean glass because it tasted off. When asked to replace it the server did good, apologized and did in appropriate manner, Then said it probably tasted off because their lemonade was right above the glass rack. Seriously? This is a newer location in a former restaurant and they designed it that poorly? Food came out. Wrong sauce on wings and instead of sliders I got a sandwich. Server took the entire sandwich tray back and got it redone. Came back out and fries were now cool but I did not say anything but c’mon how hard is it to put the plate under the heat lamp at the pass while waiting for the cook to slide pulled pork from a big bun onto 3 small ones… and the visit was heading to a 3 star review fast but still within the range of ok enough for what it is… that is when all bets were off and it went negative. While there, they had the staff come out to wrap silverware. Having worked in restaurants in college I know it has to be done. BUT they chose to plunk everything down at the table right behind me. Bad enough the place is so noisy, the server messed up my order completely and had to get it remade because it was no where near what I ordered, but then I had children ramming into my back and constantly jostling my chair when there were plenty of open tables with no guests around. Where was management you ask? He came by and chatted with them a couple of times and walked away. Store was mostly empty on a night when the Blues were playing the Rockies and it was a decent game… should have clued me in there. Anyway the children/staff decided to move tables so they could be closer to the drink station near the patio door where some would slip out and smoke. Good I thought, too bad I did not realize they were better where I could not see what was going on. While wrapping utensils I watched them get up and help themselves to sodas and drink them there at the table while yakking to each other. Meh not a great guest experience but at least they were not jostling my chair anymore. Again you ask, where was management? Why he stopped to visit a couple of times just hanging out with them and walked away. So you say nothing wrong with that? Agreed until I noticed at least 2 of the 4 – 5 utensil wrappers were eating with their fingers AND licking them AND reaching back into the container to continue wrapping while the MANAGER stood next to them talking… let’s review what we have so far… multiple visits by manager on duty while staff wrapping silver while drinking and eating and oh yeah talking loud enough to be heard with food in at least 2 mouths that I could see then he walked off without saying anything to them. I was done at that point and got our check from the server and got ready to leave. I looked around for the manager and naturally he was not around now so I left and using the store phone number on the receipt called the store and spoke with him. He was so ignorant that he saw nothing wrong with them doing this until I said I was not happy seeing it… he said he did not see anything wrong and that is when I asked him if he minded eating with utensils people had handled after having their fingers in their mouths… then the light came on when I said surely that has to still be some kind of health code violation. He apologized again then when I suggested that all the wrapped silverware should be rewashed he agreed but his tone leads me to doubt that happened. What a MORON that he had to be suggested that he rewash. THAT is when he told me the servers were off the clock so the company policy is ok for them to eat and drink while wrapping silverware. Smacking their lips over utensils guests put in their mouths! Have these idiot managers not heard of Hepatitis? How about just flu and colds? Basic germ theory? Buehler? Buehler? Does BWW place such low value on providing quality product that they willingly place the health of their guests at risk!!! Second review… –poor management team –heath code violation? because it used to be –then making the kids work OFFTHECLOCK in violation of state fair labor laws. Corporate or Franchisee should fire him and his GM both for poor training of subordinate staff and poor sanitary conditions and move all the rest of the managers to other stores then retrain the entire staff basics of healthy service. Also it makes one wonder in this economy how many other BWW are taking this kind of illegal advantage of their staff having them work off the clock!!! If one of these kids having to work off the clock was mine I would be furious. I will never visit this store again and I strongly encourage everyone else to stay away too. Grossed me out and pissed me off!

Food took 40 minutes to arrive at the table from the time we ordered. A/C was blowing at a breezy 60 degrees. When the food arrived, it wasn’t super hot. Next time we will try the one on mid rivers. Pass this one up.

We thought we would give the new location a try for a quick dinner, bad choice. As normal, Buffalo Wild Wings service is terrible. We were sat on the patio, then waited 10 mins before a waitress asked if we had been helped… nope! So this First girl takes our drink order and heads inside. We then see this same girl open the door as another girl comes out(the one who obviously was supposed to be waiting on us) they get into a bit of an argument and then the second girl comes to the table and says sorry and makes up some excuse as to why she would be waiting on us instead of the first girl. We order out food and I ordered wings with one of the spiciest sauces, we get our food and everything is fine except our waitress disappears. When she returns she says sorry again and makes up some other excuse blaming the cooks for delaying her. blah blah drink sat empty for a good 15mins before she asks if I wanted another. With one if the spiciest sauces they offer!!! So of course i had to wait another 10mins to get my beer. It’s bad enough I have to over pay for beer and mediocre food but on top of that the service was horrible which I should have known. This may have just been the last time ill ever visit a bww again.

The food isn’t the reason to go but the beer is cold and the TV’s are always on! As I always say ask for Liz! The issues with BDub’s is the inconsistency of the wing sizes. Most«wing joints» focus on the wing others focus on the sauces this is where one needs to focus on the whole experience. When you look at reviews and you see that the complaint is about the same item this is when you need to make the change to satisfy your guest. Understandably the business is there to make money. But if you don’t have the business you won’t have the money! Stick to ONE size wings and you will eliminate 50−70% of your complaints. Focus on being here for your guests and not for yourselves.
