I recently called Autumn Air when my furnace went out around 10:30 pm on a Sunday night, during 90+ degree weather. When I called the company I normally use, I was connected to an answering service who informed me that because of high call volume, a technician could not get to me until late afternoon the next day. I was very concerned for my elderly father to be in the heat, so I decided to call other companies in the area to see if I could get help sooner. When I called Autumn Air, Gary answered the phone personally. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem over the phone by asking a series of questions, but he was able to actually walk me through the process of fixing the problem myself, without a service call! I found Gary to be extremely knowledgable, professional, and polite… and he took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. I was very impressed by the customer service Gary provided to me at such a late hour on a week-end, and given the fact that he could have very easily taken advantage of my situation, and made a very expensive service call instead of helping me the way he did, just proves to me that he is also very trustworthy.
