Best bartender ever! Watching the game, enjoying drinks and appetizers. The bartender, adriane was fantastic. Super friendly, and made wonderful drinks.

Saw all the positive reviews for an Applebee’s thought we’d try this one. Been to others and usually a solid mediocre experience.
Called and asked about wait times for us. Was told they could seat us right away since it was slow. Asked if they do reservations or call-​ahead seating and was told no. Got in car and drove over there. Ten minutes later, when we arrived, were told that it would be a 20 minute wait. The host looked disappointed when we walked in with kids.
Tried waiting for about 10 minutes but even parties of 2 that came in after us were told to wait, so we figured it would likely be longer than 20 minutes and left.
Perhaps we’ll try again in the future, although it IS Applebee’s, so probably not.

Not the best. But it was alright.

We have always enjoyed the food and service at this Applebee’s. Especially on Friday nights. They must be under new management, because we have never had such a terrible experience at this location before. Our favorite server was Heather. Upon arrival, we were told she was not working but decided to stay anyway. That was a great mistake.
After we ordered, our waitress was busy helping the people behind us figure out separate checks. I am not sure if that is why I never received my salad before the meal, but it did not arrive with the meal either. Also, the extras I ordered with my steak were missing when the order showed up.
At that point, our waitress decided to take orders at the just seated 8 top behind us before checking to make sure all our items had arrived. My salad finally arrived 5 minutes later, but 10 minutes later the extras still had not arrived. By that time, the rest of our party had nearly finished their meal and I decided to take my food home to eat it.
When manager Debbie finally stopped by, I mentioned the delay in my order. Her responses was, «Well at least you had an appetizer so you didn’t starve.» I mentioned our situation and that comment to another manager and his response was «Next time you come in, if I am here ask for me.»
This used to be the only Applebee’s we patronized, but now it will be crossed off our list.

The food was delicious the 2 for 20 special was good for what it is and the waitress was even honest with us when she accidentally charged us for appetizers or twice go see Abigail she’s awesome

Best customer service experience ever at a restaurant! The great thing about Applebee’s food is it is consistent in flavor and quality-we’ve never had a bad meal here. The staff and management at this location truly do treat you like they’ve known you forever.

I totally get that I take the back seat to an actual customer that is in the store and needs assistance, however if you cannot take my order in a timely fashion don’t ask me «to hold on for a second»… To add to this rant a guy picked up the phone ask what I wanted — I shared that I would like to place a carry out– he then puts me back on hold under the pretense that the original person was «trying pick up this call» now no one is picking up the call!!! I am on hold again… waiting…waiting…waiting.
I hang up and stew for a bit and due to the fact that I was hungry and maybe they are busy… I call again… the story then repeats over again with the «can you hold for a second!» I wait, yet again… BOO TO THIS PLACE–

I’ve had bad experiences in the past here. But was there yesterday evening and have to admit the service, management, and the food were outstanding. I will be back again!

One of the best Applebee’s I’ve ever been to! Food & service are immaculate, much better than any other man Applebee’s I’ve ever visited.

You know what. I am totally giving this location 4 stars. They remodeled the place inside and out and it looks great! It’s cleaner, and less cluttered on the walls. Even though it is a chain restaurant, it really picked up on the local fair. With the city’s high school sports teams and past city memorabilia, it leaves a real comfortable neighborhood vibe. The most important things about this place is it’s «consistency» in performance. From seating, waiting, and food. Applebee’s has a system locked down and in place to drive the consumer to the products and deals they advertise and at the times it coordinates. It’s no wonder why this business’s system is attractive to customers. They have great deals and a great menu that is consistently good. I never leave this place disappointed, I’ll say that one for sure.

I love going here on week nights late at night. Their specials on beer are great, the appetizer specials are excellent and it’s pretty quiet and low key. I always get a tall blue moon with extra or anger for 4 bucks with boneless wings and another appetizer depending on the mood. I like there cheese sticks and pretzel appetizer as well. It’s always cooked to order and fresh. The service was excellent and she was fun talking too. I try to stay away from fried food and eating late but if I end up having a craving I go here. Not that there are many options in ofallon but still this is always a good choice.

As far as Applebee’s go, this is the best one I’ve been to. The food is consistently great and the service has always been wonderful, even when we had a party of 14. Clean, great atmosphere, great people and great food.

My roommate and I stopped by here this afternoon for a late lunch around 2:30pm. We were greeted immediately by a very pleasant woman who was to be our server. Upon being seated she promptly took our drink order and let us peruse the menu.
When she returned we were ready to order which we did. We settled on the pretzels as an appetizer; my roommate had a pick 2 combo of a small steak with potatoes and some pasta while I settled on a bacon cheeseburger with fries.
The appetizer came out in good time and was great as it always was. The cheese for the pretzels was a little more done that we normally get, but that was a good thing as it had a few of those dark brown flavorful spots that are so good. The four pretzels have a hint of beer which makes them a touch different than a lot of other places and gives them a taste we love; although your mileage may vary on that. They are a much smaller diameter than most places, but they are also longer than most places so I’d consider them average size overall.
About the time we finished our server reappeared to deliver our entrees and refill our drinks. My roommate gave her entire meal a hearty thumbs up; and my cheeseburger was very good — a nice pink center like I asked for and was actually assembled with a little care and not tossed together like I often see at other restaurants. When it comes to fries, I’m really a McDonald’s person — anything else I can take or leave, but these were nice and fresh and had a pretty good taste.
Our server continued to check on us as needed and delivered the check promptly when we were finished and had declined dessert. I think our bill was around $ 34.xx which I’d like to say is a little much for lunch; but for what we ordered I think it’s in line with other similar chains.
All in all it was a very good meal, with great service.

i always have a good time when i come here. i do prefer to sit @ the bar. never had a problem with the food I’ve gotten their. i just wish the inside waiting area was just a little bigger.

I usualy do alright here with riblets. This time I tried Oriental Grilled Chicken Salad. The only thing good in this dish is the grilled chicken. They should of called it Romain and grilled chicken. I would of had honey mustered dressing and liked it.

Great staff, they are always friendly and helpful. Food is good as well.
