I’m shocked by the feedback I see here for them. My husband dropped off an ivory colored coat for me so that it would be clean for our upcoming Christmas season. The coat had several spots I was convinced would never come clean and yet they did. The coat looked simply amazing and better yet, all of the loose buttons were tightened on it without our even asking, or paying extra. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Took nice blue Polo shirt with small grease stain. Grease stain gone, along with all the color from the shirt. Super faded. I would have preferred the stain.

I have been using this company for 20 years or more. I used to go to the facility in Belleville on the East Belt but that was closed recently so now I go to Dierberg Commons. I have always had great service and friendly people. At the place I had been using in Belleville, if my shirt came back with a button missing she would sew one on(no charge). Once in 20 years I asked to have a shirt run through the cleaning process a second time. Sometimes the service and experience is what you make of it.

They destroyed a brand new silk blouse. That was the first time i have used they’re services. They kept the blouse for over 6 weeks and did not give me any answers. Manager/Owner will not return calls, poor customer service. Complete nightmare! I will NEVER go back again, i value my clothes way too much!

Terrible place. Had to go out of town on a business trip and had a damaged shirt when I opened my luggage. Had no other option but to wear the shirt with the snag in it(did not have another shirt!). The front desk staff was very helpful the day I brought the shirt back in, however, close to 3 weeks later I had to talk to the owner on the phone, who basically kept telling me the shirt was«worn» and that there was nothing he could do. This really made me feel like my integrity was being tested. There are a lot of ways this could have been handled! Even just saying«Im sorry» would have solved the issue. This was a $ 25 shirt from Khols! If I were a liar, I think I would have picked a better shirt LOL! Buyer beware. There are a lot of cleaners out there. I will be sure to tell you which one I will never go to again. You make the choice.

I needed to drop a dress off for my fiancé and I didn’t want to drive to my usual place and I saw these guys and decided to give them a try. I figured they would be more than my usual place, but never did I expect what I ended up paying. My usual place charges me $ 1.95 per item, a steal as most places are about double that. The lady was friendly when she checked me in, even gave ma a coupon since it was my first time using them. I dropped it off on Thursday and picked it up Saturday morning and was shocked when she told me my total. It was $ 8.34 to dry clean her dress, more than four times what I usually pay and that was with a coupon, I can’t imagine what it would have cost without one. Needless to say, even if they did an amazing job with dry cleaning her dress I would not go back. It wasn’t some elegant gown, it was more of a simple summer dress(I’m a guy, not sure how to describe it), so I just don’t understand how they can charge that much. I’ll gladly take the 10 minutes extra to drive to my normal place from now on.
