Anna Nails

I’ve been getting my nails done every other week for over 10 years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I’m assuming since I’ve never been in before — as I am traveling — they decided to give me the new guy. Not a problem! Except my nails have never looked worse. If you’re not a regular here, I would stay far away. It also took over 2 hours and I got in right away.

Anna the owner very rude. Will never go here again. You have been advised! Gave them several chances and I can’t pay money for rude comments and bad service. My nails were wide and separating within a day or two.

I got a gel manicure on Saturday. My nails looked great. The staff was friendly. BUT…
One nail (thumb) chipped by Monday morning. I went in that evening and they fixed it with no problem. Tuesday morning, not only had that nail re-​chipped, but my other thumb nail chipped as well.
I’m not sure if it was the nail tech or the entire salon. Or maybe something I did. I really don’t think going in for another «repair» is going to help with the distinction.

Ok, so straight up, I did not go personally, but my wife went there today, and came home very unhappy. She seldom goes to get her nails done, but decided to treat herself — this, however, was not a treat.
Key issues: 1) she felt she was rushed through, 2) she was not pleased with the outcome of the way they looked — not what she asked for (this could be, because of the language barrier — I get the impression that the person spoke just good enough English to take a basic order and collect the money, but not really communicate about the service), 3) when my wife further examined her nails she realized they were not even (different angles /​curves, different lengths), 4) when she went back to complain, she was told that she was wrong and that they did a good job (so much for «the customer is always right), and one of the workers was even laughing at her.
Based upon what I saw and what my wife communicated to me the 1-​Star is really too high — I wish I could give it zero.

Since I moved to this area, this is the place I’ve always come to for my pedicures… The staffis always friendly and recognizes me when I walk in the door, even if its been 6 months. Anna updates her salon every few years also, so it’s always a nice inviting experience. There is one girl here who is a little rough on the massage, but I’m sure that’s a matter of personal taste, although my calf was bruised the next day! lol! I really do like this place an recommend it to ask my friends!

Only place I have heard of that does organic nails. No bad odor, but a powder application. Lee is great. Nails last long time

Went one time as I was unable to get in where I normally go, and was heading out of town. Nails were chunky and only stayed on one week, where normally they would stay on at least 2 ½ weeks. I definitely paid the price for waiting too long. Plus was a friendly staff.
