Johnny was super communicative and supportive. He was even mobile-savvy enough to do the preinspection via facetime and text me schedule updates. His crew called me after his follow up text and told me exactly where they where and when to expect them. They arrived confident and reassuring (which I needed because this was the third attempt to get movers to navigate appliances through my house). I needed them to at least try, and they communicated expectations, and I signed a liability form.
They did a job that we (myself, family, and contractor) knew could be done if someone would just try. I’m so impressed, they were my A Team.
