Still tasty food, but they continue to get something wrong on the order way too often… and the delivery people are downright rude, never a ‘thank you’… even after a decent tip.

I’ve ordered from this place for a while and even with little misorders and missing beverages here and there, I was a continued customer, not anymore.
Tonight I experienced one of the worst delivery service ever. The delivery guy with a mole on his face is a rude employee and he shouldn’t even be working in a service industry. (I, too, have experience in the service industry so I do understand all the bs)
I ordered chicken and broccoli with Sprite. The delivery time was ok but they forgot the Sprite. I call back and since they forgot the soda, I just decided to order soup to come along with it. I have seen the soup made plenty of times, they put precooked chicken and rice then just add the broth. Simple. However, they told me it will take 20−30mins to deliver the soda they already misplaced plus the simple soup. Now, I understand they have to manage their delivery time for other customers but, I called as soon as the guy left so shouldn’t it be the business’ priority to bring back the soda as soon as possible? So, when I ordered the soup, I said, if it is going to take too long, just forget about the soup. The person on the phone said it’ll be here right away after I said I don’t want it if it takes too long. I live a two-​minute drive from the place, just a long hill up.
That is not all. The delivery guy with the mole on his face: when he delivers food, he expects good tip every time. I usually order around $ 10 – 12 worth of food and give him $ 1-​$ 1.50 in tip and every time I give him that amount, he just stands there and stares at me and says, «that’s it?», like… Who does that? Especially for the tremendous load of work he’s done to drive up a two-​minute hill. This time was no different. He does this and forgets the Sprite then when he comes back, he says, «I put the Sprite in the bag. I know I did so you did something». What? What kind of service is this? Never ordering or going to this place again. The food is not even worth dealing with such service.
Tl;dr piece of crap delivery guy and subpar food.

Perfect hangover food. It really is great Chinese takeout. For what it is, it’s great. I’ve probably been to a dozen places exactly like it, and every now and then, it’s just something you gotta do. It’s cheap, tastes good and serves as a big diet cheat.

While the staff is still super friendly, the food quality took a massive dive. I’ve ordered a couple of times recently and while in the beginning I blamed the bland taste on the chef having a bad day, it became obvious, that this is the new standard for their dishes. Food is bland, almost tasteless. The dishes I ordered (sweet&sour chicken, general tso’s chicken) contained mostly breading and barely any meat, plus the meat had a weird grey color to it.
I’m going to wait a few months before I order from them again, to see if they are going to improve their menu.

The staff is very pleasant, service is fast, prices are great and food is decent (especially for Rockland). This is my goto Chinese restaurant.

For the low prices, Panda Garden is decent cuisine, clean environment, fast and pleasant service, and friendly hospitality.

Solid Chinese food option, especially for rock and county NY. Not authentic, but what Chinese spot is around here.

I dig panda garden. Not particularly authentic, but who cares? Their food is consistently decent, the price is right, and if you ask for low salt, or even more importantly, low oil… Omg, guess what?! They listen!

This place has lost our business! My son went there for dinner one evening and was given something he did not order. The lady insisted that it was what he asked for. He told her he was not going to eat something he did not want and she told him to leave and never come back (she did however return his money)! He was a frequent customer and so were we. Damn shame the food was pretty good… The attitude… We could have done without!

I don’t mind flashed cooked food from a wok but not when it comes to chicken! I’ll never eat here again.

Always was a great experience. foods good n cheap especially lunch combos. Great boneless ribs n chicken n broccoli. Fast!

Pretty poor quality Chinese food. I was really disappointed. I should have known based on the price. Woman at counter could not even describe the Szechuan sauce. Surprisingly she noted that she had never tried it.
I think they better taste their own food before they serve it. They may be quite surprised.
Taste of China across the bridge in Tarrytown is way superior although slightly more expensive.

This is my second review of Panda Garden. I’ve now ordered from them several times and each was a very pleasant experience. I like their BBQ spare ribs, scallion pancakes, cheese wontons and general tsao’s chicken. More importantly, they are very nice people who truly appreciate business. I highly recommend them!

Great food at a great price and they also deliver SUPER fast. Can’t say enough good things about this Chinese restaurant.

The food is tasty and the prices are very reasonable. They constantly throw in free eggrolls and soda.
Also, it’s very clean inside. You can tell they keep up with it. I’ve been here numerous times and have yet to have anything but a pleasant experience.

Really like the food here. Not too greasy and well priced. Quick pick up/​delivery that is always piping hot. Try to come here as regularly as I can.

Very clean inside, way better food than similar places in the area at the same price point. I order from here about 3 – 4 times a month and its a perfect Chinese takeout fix.

Had delivery twice. Had 4 different dishes between two of us. Just don’t like the food from here. Just not as good as other Chinese restaurants. A little under par.
