I just had the most horrible customer service experience at the Nyack location. After trying to get ahold of someonr on the phone of this location for 2 days, leaving unreturned phone messages, I finally got an answer. A «gentleman» by the name of Stanley answered and was extremely unprofessional the whole conversation. When i told him i would be contacting headquarters, and report how condescending he was to me during the whole conversation, he said«since you want condescending, ill give you condescending.» And hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call the main office…(again)nobody answered. When I showed up to the storage facility he made it a point to tell me that he couldn’t care less. I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. I will make it a point to leave my review on google, Unilocal,etc. Update: Spoke with two other employees regarding the situation. One gentleman contacted me immediately after seeing my post on Facebook. These two were extremely courteous and professional.
