Imagine feeling very uncomfortable in your own body: neck sore, headaches, walking tiresome despite training. I was stretching for over an hour for 20 minutes of exercise still I felt trapped. Despite my physical challenges and the scarring of many operations, Steven Glassman’s skill at Rolfing cannot be denied. My left leg has never extended so far. I am finding answers to my obvious imbalance of my body so that I may be grounded and pain free. Thank you Steven!

Unsure of what to really expect, I’ve been incredibly pleased at results from a few sessions. Steve is terrific at helping the body regain its peak condition and he listens intuitively. Couldn’t be happier and he is a pro’s pro. Do yourself a favor and learn about what rolfing can do to improve your physical being and appearance.
